Well equiped, modern bedrooms, nice breakfast buffet and friendly staff. Nice hotel in the city center of Dortmund.

Quite hot in the rooms. I was here in winter, and rooms were heated automatically to 19°C at night. With open window it could be a bit noisy.

Location +++ Hotel new +++ Room stylish and very clean +++ Staff +++ / Receptionist solved wrong cancelled reservation from hotel side, because i was not cancelled my booking.

Elevator/Lift dirty. Carpet in corridor not clean and needs vacuum cleaning in each floor. All doors of the rooms (in corridors) are dirty with grease and dirt. Although the doors are black, greasy fingerprints are very visible. First time going from reception to room and seeing this you do not know what kind of room you will see. BUT ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND I LIKET IT.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. For the price and comfort it did exactly what we had hoped for a city hotel. Sat nav struggled to get us there because of pedestrian area but that wasn’t a fault of the hotel just something to be aware of and if you are driving the car park has a 1.9m limit so we parked at the train station (but again that is not the hotel’s fault).

We loved the position. The staff was amazing and helpful. Mostly, we loved many people speaking english. The room was quite comfortable. The mattress was dirty, and both days we slept in, we found it quite uncomfortable for the back. The bathroom was excellent. There are not many down spots in the room except the mattress cleanliness and the uncomfortable way to sleep in for us. The price was quite expensive, but we believe it was because of the Euro 2024 football tournament. We have been there only 2 days, so we were mainly there for a concert in westfalenhallen, but we noticed they had gym too, and that's a great bright spot for a hotel.

Amazing hotel with a perfect central location and really friendly and helpful staff. Comfy and clean rooms with good level of soundproof. Tasty and fresh breakfast also included. Also I want to say that I really appreciate the communication with a hotel staff both online and offline. I had an issue with my booking which was my fault (I mistook a month of my stay) and they helped me to change the month without any additional fees. It was a family trip so I really appreciate how the hotel acted in such situation.

The service was outstanding, every staff member was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. The room was immaculate and beautifully furnished, providing a perfect. The location is in the center, close to everything, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. The quality and price ratio is excellent. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the quality of the amenities to the cozy bed that made for a great night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

We only stayed one night. Nice clean and quiet room, very comfortable bed.

Since the hotel is located in the pedestrian zone it was difficult to find the way there with the car. Although the hotel has some parking slots available it was difficult to find the way to them as it was not communicated clearly (neither in a direct message nor on their website) where they are located (in a big parking house behind the hotel). Google navigation wanted us to drive through the pedestrian zone which is not allowed so it's good to check the way beforehand.

Staff were excellent and really friendly. After first night stay we realised our drain in the shower was partially blocked so water was slow to drain away. Mentioned to staff who went up and fixed the problem immediately. Room was modern and extremely comfortable. Bathroom facilities perfect. Location couldn't be better. Hotel has its own big supermarket with all you could need next door.

Maybe would have liked a few more hangers in the wardrobe but made no difference to how great this place was.

Couldn't get closer to the city centre if you tried :) You're literally out the front door and on the Christmas Market and great inner city shopping district.

Noisy plumbing at night! The bathroom radiator made intermittent very loud knocking noises during the night. Reception staff could not solve the issue. Additional cost of 7.5% logging tax! No guaranteed parking (first come, first served!), extra cost for parking @ €16 /day. Very basic rooms for the cost.

The location is really central. We got there by train and it was walking distance from the train station. There are also a lot of restaurants nearby. A big plus is the grocery store underneath. It can be a bit loud - depending on which side of the building your room is. We were lucky and got a quite room. The gym is also well equipped. There is one weight lifting gym, one for cardio and one for classes. Unfortunately the beamer didn't work.
