Everything in the hotel was amazing! I came for a photography master class and was looking for something closer enough to the train station and the studio where the class will take place. The hotel was right in between! Besides, it is also close to some sightseeings in Düsseldorf en very good german restaurants! I was very well welcomed by the staff, the room was spotless clean, I loved the apple and bottles of water they left me everyday (specially the water as on Sundays everything closes and it’s hard to find a place to buy water), I liked the style, it is in a very quiet area! All in all it was everything I expected when I saw the pictures on Booking.com and read the reviews! I would definitely come back and stay here again!

Absolutely cozy hotel with its own smell! Thanks a lot to the reception staff for the quick and pleasant check-in procedure and for the quick reaction to all the requests! The cleaning service is phantastic - the room was ideally clean all the time! Bed and pillows are very comfortable. The location is good - near with the big park, but a ittle bit far from the City centre (but if you like go for a walk it will not be the problem!).

Just one thing that dissapointed me - breakfast: very good coffee, but small meal choose. But there is no problem, because there are a lot of good places forthe breakfast in Dusseldorf.

I am glad to see that issue with air conditioner was fixed since my last visit The room was quite, I didn't hear neither neighbors nor car sound The breakfast is quite good with big variety of options, good coffee Staff is friendly and welcoming Fruits, water and nuts for guests are available by the entrance

From time to time there was an odor in the bathroom There was a wardrobe but no option to hang a coat - the space was too short to fit a long outdoor clothing. I know by fact that it is not like this in every room, as I stayed last time in a smaller room with this option available This time I was with a big suitcase and had to deal with couple of stairs right after the entrance, small modification of that area would be helpful

Breakfast was nice. Good options. We particularly liked the pancakes with Ahorn syrup. We were on the top floor, excellent views, good bed. Staff was friendly. Good location, very close to the center, we could visit all christmas fairs on foot.

Could have added bacon or sausages for breakfast. Some cooked meat to go with the excellent eggs. Personal thing ;-) Maybe a solution to get a late night snack, like a vending machine. There are no shops really close by.

I liked this boutique hotel, which is really close to the city center. Within an 8 minute walk you're already in the city center, Also, the warmed toilet seat is a bonus. And in the entrance area, they have complimentary water with fresh herbs, hot coco and even umbrella's. Luckily it didn't rain :-)

Check out is already at 11.00 hrs, would be nice if we had one hour more to enjoy the room

This is my second stay at this hotel, and it has a charming boutique vibe. The staff is very helpful and friendly, contributing to an international atmosphere. The hotel is clean and just a five-minute walk from the shopping area. Additionally, the public transport stop is right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient.

Great small quiet boutique hotel, close to the centre and in particular the Christmas Market. 20 minute walk to the main train station and tram right outside also so very accessible. Has a friendly young staff and management and a trendy arty vibe. Lovely decor and interior style. Great little bar ran by Jan with whom we had lovely chats. Really clean hotel. Our room was small but totally fine for three nights. Everyone working there was happy and informative, all good. Would highly recommend Muze Hotel.

Nothing at all

The receptionist was very helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable and the decor was lovely. We went to Düsseldorf to see the Christmas markets and we were able to walk to all of them from the hotel. Even the train station was under 20min walk from the hotel. We didn’t once need to get a taxi. I would highly recommend staying here.

Location, value for money, cleanliness was all fantastic ! Really couldn't fault anything ! Would stay here again and if they had other sites I would look at booking through their brand once again !

Breakfast was a slight let down how ever it could have just been one of those days, I wouldn't hold It against them and it wouldn't stop me from booking again ! Just for the price didn't meet my expectation !

Sense of commitment and availability of staff giving proper information and support, nice breakfast covering various diet preferences, clean and cozy room offering fresh cup of coffee and water every morning.

In general, everything was ok. If I had to find something i would say size and organization of bathroom, also size and quality of elevator...but honestly it was not a point to affect overall experience. Location was not fully in line with my needs but quite close to downtown and important connection points were one street away.
