The ambience was different and not like a typical hotel which I liked, and the room was also good. The beds were comfy and even better was the minibar was free, though I did not use it fully. I forgot my cap and housekeeping safely collected it and it was handed over to me later when I returned for collection. The bathrooms/toilets were neat and clean. A dental kit and shaving kit were available on request. Overall a good opinion except for a few things mentioned below.

The breakfast menu/choice was not so great, fruits in the fruit basket were rotten. It is obvious that the tables are used by people one after the other but if the tables were cleaned after every use it would not be such an obvious feeling. The check-in could be better, it took me around 10 minutes to get checked in, however, the front office staff is quite courteous and welcoming.

I liked how central the location was. I also thought staff were very friendly and spoke good English which was good because my german isn't very good. Facilities were great, the room was spotless and the bed was super comfortable.

Although the location is central it is in an area where there is a lot of homelessness and drug use. Police were present but i would not have felt safe getting to and from the hotel as a solo female.

If there is a room facing the courtyard, it is very quiet and pleasant to sleep. If the room overlooks the terrace of the bar, then you have to take into account that on the weekend there is a bar open until the morning with very loud music. The rooms are clean.

the location as such for the hotel is very good. Apart from the fact that the hotel has drug addicts and a red light street on one side. You can get to the hotel very well even by bypassing it all. And then you really see a completely different side of Frankfurt.

This hotel has a touch. Everything to every little detail is so beautiful and comfortable. You can feel that when you step into the lobby and then to adore it in your room. All the services are great, the staff is welcoming and friendly. Close to the train station.

Nothing not to like about the property but the area …. I understand it is close to the train station but the local authorities must do smth about all that people and their drugs around. It’s a shame!

The bed and hotel is very nice and short walking to exhibition centre.

The breakfast was chaotic and not well organized. The first morning was awful due that. So it was not good price&quality I felt that when paying 1000 EUR for 3 nights. I should get better service for that! I saw every morning people to be disappointed for the breakfast service! Outside hotel the area is still full of people who are using drugs and so on but this is more city's problem than hotel's.

I liked the concept. The room was nice comfortable and clean. The people at the reception were friendly. I really liked the interior and I thought the concept was smart and refreshing.

I thought it was overpriced. The location for a four star hotel was absolutely terrible not to say the least dangerous. All over junkies, smell of urine and dirt. We didn't dare to go out at night. Even though the vicinity to the HBf was convenient I never felt comfortable walking in the street. Therefore I would not book it again or recommend it to anybody. Another remark : breakfast at the shukah bar was okaish. The avocado sandwich was delicious but most of the guest were lost looking where to find what at the buffet. If you are asking 26€ per person the buffet should be organised more chronologically ( plates and forks together ) butter with the spreads etc. I would expect a good cappuccino, fresh orange juice ( not from the carton) and more fresh veggies and fruit. The location was great for me, such an amazing hotel. Room so comfortable I stayed as long as I could. Little things like free drinks and snacks, the whole ambience of the place was just brilliant. Second time I’ve stayed in a 25hours hotel and both times I’ve been blown away.

While the location was great geographically, it wasn’t the nicest of areas near the train station. But this is only minor.

Decor very hip and cool! Cooked breakfast excellent, room just fine, loved the idea they promote that you can choose when and how you want your room cleaned, supporting the environment with unnecessary activities, very close to Hauptbanhof Main train station.

Advertised on Booking that it has a gym, in fact there isn't one, you can buy day passes for a nearby gym though. Also, the area is not agreeable, although we did not feel unsafe.

The place is fabulous. Calming and well appointed. All the staff I dealt with were brilliant.

Not really a don’t like… more of a caveat. The area appears sketchy. But the local characters keep to themselves pretty much. I got back 9ish on Sat night. And (they are very near the station) no trouble… there’s a bit of ‘nighttime adult entertainment’ in the area so always people about. Best description of area ‘colourful’.

Everything was really good, the breakfast exceeded my expectations, because it wasn’t a regular buffet breakfast like in other hotels, but you order from a menu and everything is prepared fresh. They also have a sauna open to all of the guests which was a nice add on.

The location is the only part of the stay that I did not like. Unfortunately the hotel is located in the worst area of Frankfurt, surrounded by drugs, homeless and in the middle of a red light district, so it is not safe at all to walk around the hotel after dark.
