Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, easy check in, location not too bad, your out of way from main hustle and bustle, but only a 20 mins walk to the square, if you arrive from the main train station, we got on the number 11 tram straight outside the station, use ticket machine at the stop it's easy, about 11 stops, we used Google maps, which is really good, the hotel is across the road and round the corner, but yes a quiet location but a nice walk back to the square and river etc. we went for Euros. First time in Germany, Frankfurt is a lovely place, I will definitely return to Germany and explore some more places. Thank you.

There was no mini fridge. I understand you want us to buy stuff from the hotel but I bought a few things to take back to my country that needs to be refrigirated. Also a standart room does not turn into a three person room when you turn the couch into a bed. When the couch is unfolded there is no space to turn around in the room.

Iv always had high expectations for Hampton/ Hilton hotels, and this one in particular gained excellence, and it did not disappoint me. The location was ideal for travelling to and from the centre of Frankfurt, there was plenty of other options in terms of hotels for me to stay at, but this Hampton scored highly for value for money for the duration of my stay, I really don't think I would have got anywhere better in terms of overall price. It was very simplistic in getting from Frankfurt main station to the hotel, via the metro, and basically this hotel is adjacent to Frankfurt Ost, which the distance was very convenient. I arrived during the evening on 26/05, and the arrival experience for a newcomer was pleasant, and a good reception from the staff at check in. The reception area is well spaced with plenty of seating and a nice area to relax. When I eventually got to my designated room, which was easy and simple experience which is all I needed after a long day of travel, the staff on duty during my arrival made my arrival simplistic and straight forward. Upon entering the room, which was spacious, bright and everything worked properly, the cleanliness was noticeable throughout the room, any closer inspections wasn't needed. Nice big TV awaited, and the bed was great and comfortable, a usual standard for Hampton/Hilton. The breakfast options and buffet was pleasant , with nice , spacious seating available, some of the food quality was good, however I did notice that some of the hot options , ie sausages/ bacon the quality lacked then on the next day, it seemed better, but the other options available during breakfast was very good. Hotel staff during my stay were pleasant, happy and professional.

Just that some of the hot food options at the buffet for breakfast, the quality lacked, and their could have been more coffee machines for people to use, throughout the restaurant, especially for when breakfast times did get busy. But this isn't a major issue, Also, nothing to do with this hotel in general, but the area and neighbourhood around the hotel at night especially , I noticed homeless people and beggars (shouting, drinking), for fellow travellers and tourists something to be cautious about.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was great. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very well-maintained. It had everything we needed, and the bed was especially cozy. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive — both the room and common areas were spotless. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day. The breakfast was also fantastic, with a good variety of options to choose from. There were fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and good coffee — something for everyone. It was a great way to start the day. Overall, we were very happy with the experience and would definitely stay again!

I loved the staff. They were all so polite and welcoming. They seemed like people who wanted to be at work, which was good to be around. The food was great. You get a variety each morning and the coffee machine makes amazing hot drinks. The best hot chocolate is the one you don't have to add sugar to and this one was just spot on. The location is superb (just be mindful that you will be over 2 hours away if you land at Hahn Frankfurt Airport). You can get to pretty much anywhere, including Hahn, quite easily as the underground and train is just on your doorstep. The tram is a very short trek of about two minutes. AND: My wife loved the fact that housekeeping didn't come banging down our doors in the morning like they're the police. Overall, this was a nice environment to be in and we'd definitely stay here again.

This is a personal preference thing, so please don't take it out of context. The bed was too firm for us. We struggled to sleep because it was quite uncomfortable but in all fairness, we didn't complain to see whether a change of room would help. Everything else was so good, it didn't seem to bother us enough. Note though that if you do not like a firm bed, you might want to check with the hotel ahead of going there.

Great location, the tram and the subway are in the closest proximity. It was very easy to get to the hotel from the central strain station, and it’s very close to the city center. There is a big supermarket nearby, farmacy, DM (health and beauty shop). The district is nice, clean, and safe, there is a park nearby. The room I got was very spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was nice. I like a sweet breakfast, and I got everything I’m used to: yogurt, fruits, muesli, fresh pastry, local waffles. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely consider going to the same hotel chain the next time.

Right beside the train station. Within walking distance of the river and parks. 30 min walk to shopping centre with loads of stores. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Lovely social area in the lobby to eat and drink at night. Breakfast was superb and differences each day. Rooms spotless and comfortable. Toiletries provided.

As we were staying during warm weather we had windows open. So it is a very busy area at night so it was very noisy. There was a gathering every night of people drinking and being loud on the corner accross the street from the hotel. That isn't a fault of the hotel but it would be an unsafe area at night.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this magnificent hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The breakfast spread was incredible, with a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with superb linen that made for a restful night's sleep. The reception area was super comfy, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day. Every aspect of the hotel was well-appointed, from the beautifully designed lobby to the meticulously maintained facilities. The attention to detail was evident throughout, making for a truly luxurious stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience. Five stars isn't enough – I'd give it ten stars !!!

I show up early and they took some time and provided me early check in at no cost. Thanks to Mr. Oba very nice and helpful person at the reception. The hotel room was more the enough in size, with smart TV, neat and clean, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good with many options. The metro station was next to the hotel, Tram and bus station was just 2 minutes walkable distance. super markets, few shops and restaurants walkable distance from the hotel.

The room service was not done on daily basis. The room doesn't have refrigerator. Drinking Water was not provided at day of check in.

The hotel is cheap and quiet, offering a free breakfast, which is a nice bonus. It’s located very close to the S-Bahn station, and the elevator brings you directly to the hotel entrance. Although there is a train station nearby, be aware that it doesn’t have elevators or escalators, which can be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. The area is quite convenient overall, with a supermarket and a DM store close by, making it easy to get any essentials during your stay.
