The location is in the center of Frankfurt, with easy access to the Metro, train, and shopping. Breakfast is very good and the coffee, cappuccino, and latte choices add great flavor to the morning start. We love this place and will definitely come back.

We recently stayed at this hotel for three nights and had an overall pleasant experience. A special shoutout goes to the kind gentleman from Nuremberg (if not mistaken) who was temporarily covering for his colleagues during their Christmas staff party. His professionalism and welcoming demeanour set a great tone for our stay. The room was fine, clean, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. The hearty and satisfying breakfast was another highlight with plenty of options to choose from. That said, a bit more variety in the daily offerings would elevate the experience further. Our double bed was comfortable, though a bit on the smaller side. While it didn't detract much from our sleep quality, it's something to note for those who prefer more space. Overall, the hotel offers solid value for money and a great base for exploring Frankfurt.

One area for improvement is staff training. We experienced a minor hiccup when extending our stay. A young staff member insisted we switch rooms, despite our preference to remain in the one we had been using for the previous two nights. Greater consistency in handling such requests would have made the process smoother. Fortunately, the manager, who had earlier approved our request to stay in the same room, stepped in promptly to resolve the misunderstanding.

The location of the hotel close to the convention center as well as the Skyline shopping mall is excellent. The access to the city center is not that straight, but I cannot say it was bad. Breakfast was really good.

Pillows were too soft for my preference, but maybe it's a cultural preference in the center of Europe. On the other hand, considering there are two pillows per person, it would be good if (at least) one of them would have been a firm one.

The location was good, easy to navigate to with the car navigation system. There was paid underground parking that we used. The parking is paid per 24 hours, so we were able to leave the car there for few hours after check out, while we solved some things in the city - great option. The room was a bit small with the 3'rd bed (sofa) extended, but was ok for one night. Everything was clean and up to date. The bathroom was clean and with all needed amenities. There is a kettle in the room, with tea/coffee options. There was no minibar. The beds were comfortable, and there were multiple pillows to select from (soft/medium). The breakfast was good, the regular German type breakfast (cu sausages, omelet, bacon, vegetables and cold cuts + some sweets, croissants and other pastry, different breads, yogurt, milk, cereals, some fruits etc). Our daughter appreciated the waffle maker machine. There were tea/coffee machines with multiple options, and few juice types. The staff was very friendly. We arrived very late (due to flight delay), and the night reception staff was extremely helpful and made us feel welcome. Overall a very good experience. I just give 9/10 (instead of 10) for the room size. We booked a room for 3 guests (one double bed and 1 extensible sofa) and the space was a bit tight to move around or unpack your luggage. Probably it would be ok with just the double bed. I think the minibar was also removed due to extensible sofa.

All good, except the room size. Nothing else to complain about.

The hotel was very nice. The shower temperature was very stable, the toilet and bathroom was very clean and the soap smelled good. The bedroom/ living space was very clean and comfortable and there was air conditioning which made the room very comfortable and breathable. They had a kettle and cups and had clean towels. Overall very good, the hotel is in an ideal location in the city center and there was breakfast provided, which was good. Definitely value for money and would highly recommend. 10/10.

The cleaner was very rude. Whilst we were eating breakfast, he came into the room and started cleaning without our consent. When I came back to my room, I told him to get out and he told me to go to talk to reception. How rude! Later on, when we were in our hotel room in which we were still checked in, he kept on knocking and opening the doors asking us when he could get in here and finish cleaning. He was extremely disrespectful and had no regard for privacy.

The comfortable rooms, cleanliness, extra pillows, Egyptian cotton sheets; free coffee, tea or hot chocolate available in the lobby area. The complimentary breakfast service with a good choice of food items and hard working staff trying to provide the guests with whatever they want. Extremely friendly and helpful front desk service, Also the hotel is very conveniently located.

The breakfast buffet corner is far too narrow, especially since the coffee- and tea maker units occupy one complete side. It was a hazzle trying to get to the buffet, especially between 9 and 10 o'clock, when it gets really crowded. Also we were quite devastated to find the mixed fruit missing on the second morning, (apparently) since there had been no delivery that morning (?).

It's a clean, comfortable, well-run hotel with friendly, competent staff. We were there in a cold snap with snow and the room was cosily warm, with an easily operated thermostat. Breakfast was decent, bar is open pretty much all the time. It's located by the large Messe fair/conference complex in a recently redeveloped area which lacks a little in tourist charm, but it's handy enough. Nearest station was Galluswarte but the Hauptbahnhof is only about 15-20 min walk.

Fridge/minibar would have been nice.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton by Hilton Frankfurt City Centre during my trip to run the Frankfurt Marathon, and I couldn't have asked for a more delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service that truly made my stay memorable. The location of this hotel is absolutely brilliant. Situated in the heart of Frankfurt, it provided easy access to all the key attractions and, most importantly, the starting line of the marathon (10 min walk). This convenience made my trip stress-free and allowed me to focus on my race preparation without any hassle. One highlight of my stay was the outstanding breakfast offered at the hotel. The variety and quality of the breakfast options were truly impressive. From freshly baked pastries to a generous spread of hot and cold items, I was spoilt for choice. It was the perfect way to start my marathon day with the energy I needed, and I really appreciated the early breakfast hours to accommodate runners like me. The cleanliness of the rooms at the Hampton by Hilton Frankfurt City Centre was impeccable. It's evident that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. I felt completely at ease in my room, and the comfortable bed provided a good night's sleep before the big race. Furthermore, the staff at this hotel were always friendly, helpful, and attentive to my needs. They provided me with useful information about the marathon, offered local dining recommendations, and ensured that I had everything I required for a successful and enjoyable stay. In conclusion, my stay at the Hampton by Hilton Frankfurt City Centre exceeded my expectations in every way. The fantastic breakfast, brilliant location, clean rooms, and the support from the staff made it a wonderful experience, which set the perfect tone for my Frankfurt Marathon adventure.

We have spent 3 nights in the hotel. The hotel is located near the U-ban (the underground station) and also S-ban (a train station) just 5 minute walk away from the hotel. There is a big mall nearby as well. The breakfast was good and tables were refilled with food the whole time. However, I would appreciate more vegan meal for breakfast and also, if you offer eggs, please make them real, not powdered. It doesn’t taste very good for real. The room had everything we needed and was cleaned daily. Parking is for 19 euro per night at the hotel’s garage. Frankfurt is a wonderful city for a short trip and I can recommend it.
