I recently had a good experience at this hotel and would recommend it for several reasons. The hotel is clean, and its central location is convenient for exploring Frankfurt. The breakfast is excellent, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. Room cleaning is thorough, and it's worth noting that amenities like tea and water in the room are already covered in your reservation, saving you any additional charges. In conclusion, it is a great choice for a comfortable stay in Frankfurt, but it's advisable to be mindful of your surroundings when venturing outside the hotel. Additionally, don't hesitate to inquire about available facilities, as not all information may be volunteered by the staff.

I would advise caution when leaving the hotel, especially to the left, as the immediate surrounding area may not be as desirable. Exercise awareness of your surroundings to ensure a safe experience. The staff is generally helpful, although I observed that they may not disclose all available facilities. For instance, on the first day and during check-in, I discovered the presence of a gym and a convenient coffee-to-go option – information that was not initially shared by the reception.

The rooms were both air conditioned, although our visit was during summer time yet the weather was a bit chill so the air conditioning did a great job for such mild summer. The cleanliness of the rooms and all facilities were very carefully taken care of. I want to thank the cleaning staff they were very attentive to our requests and they kept the rooms spotless. Beds were really comfy, great night sleep.

The room had no mini refrigerator and was a bit medium-sized but manageable enough for two travelers with two large suitcases. With regard to the neighborhood area, it’s centrally located but not a good area to stay for families or if traveling with kids. Despite that, it’s still safe enough and the hotel entrance at night is controlled. Noise from near by outdoor gym classes in the early morning, I think this is also out of hotel’s hands but maybe if the near by facility can be a bit considerate, that would be great.

Dean at reception was excellent great manners helpful and efficient

Don't turn left coming out of the hotel. Half a block down you encounter a den of inequity, hookers, druggies , sex shops etc

Breakfast and dinner were fine, the room was clean with lots of light in the evening - perfect for work and studies, the staff at the reception and at the restaurant were very professional and helpful. Special thanks to the restaurant staff member Natalia at breakfast and dinner, she always gave us a good advice on food and it was the right choice for us.

The air conditioner was poor, it was hot in the room. Unfortunately, it was very noisy from the street to sleep with open windows, so we had to close them at night. The plates at the restaurant at breakfast have a bad smell. They look clean, but the smell is awful. We missed mini-bar in the room. Would be better to have it. And we were shocked with lots of homeless people and others look like criminals and alcoholics using drugs quite openly in the neighboring streets just round the corner of the hotel. And we saw the police only once. Well, we were scared, really. The hotel staff should inform their guests not to walk in that direction, it’s very dangerous day and night.

Good service, clean rooms, helpful staff, comfy bed. All round good stay. Only a 10min walk into the main town with shops, the old square, and the river, so great location. We were able to order food to collect and take up to our room, from the restaurant and the staff there were nice and helpful too.

Arrived at the train station in the evening with my daughter. The directions on Google maps takes you directly through a red light area. The hotel has a sign at the door to take an alternative route but could do with informing people to take the alternative route before they arrive at the station. Everywhere has these areas, but the alternative route should be highlighted please.

Excellent staff - prompt & responsive & courteous !!! Excellent location !!!Hotel was 15 minutes walk from Frankfurt Main Railway station , so travelling outside Frankfurt was easily available !!! Metro station was just 10 minutes walk from hotel !!! Historical part of Frankfurt was just 2 metro stops away !!! Best shopping centre ZEIL was 1 metro station away !!! Near the Railway station , there were so many pubs and restaurants and supermarkets and grocery shops etc !!! Hotel has an excellent pub and goods breakfast options and dining options !!!! Room size was very good too !!

Instead of a bath tub in the hotel room , a shower bath would have been better !!! But that's my personal view !!! Some guests would prefer a bath tub !!!

Located in the financial district of Frankfurt/M., it was quiet and convenient to Downtown by walking through two parks and past the Old Opera House. The staff members who took care of me and my room were wonderful. So eager to answer questions and supply just what I needed. The breakfast was wonderful and meals were available for vegans and so tasty. Thank you.

I was confused about opting out of not having my room cleaned. My stay was 6 nights. I thought it could be done on a daily basis, but was told the rule is all or nothing.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Very close to the train station and Romerberg. Very Close to the Opera House. Lovely breakfast. Food was delicious. After dinner drinks in the bar, lively atmosphere and crowd. The hotel did not carry the makings of my usual drinks, however, when in Rome right?

Too close to the Red Light District. Rampant Drug Use, Homelessness, Vagrants. The smell from that would waft into open windows.

Location is great for business travellers as Messe Frankfurt is in 25-30 minutes walking distance. in -room coffee and tea complimentaries with kettle was very welcoming. Breakfast has wide selection of F&B and always ready coffee for take away. Worth the money!

All is just perfect except the air dryer experience, which is switching off each several minute and it takes very long time to dry your hair properly. It took me almost an hour to get my hair done. There is no fridge as a part of IHG policy I believe, so before checking in this has to be considered from the guest side…

Everything’s was good until leaving the hotel. Before checking in the receptionist told us there should be 50€ deposit charge, a secure charge to ensure the room is left in a proper condition. Also, that there should be 8€ tax charge per night. On our leave I was returned 36.49€, like in 5 seconds after tapping my card. It doesn’t seem as either a tax charge for 2 nights nor the room issues(money were returned before someone could check the room condition). Did try to ask what is the reason I am returned less, 3 times 3 different people were just telling me that I am returned the amount shown on my bank history or the amount I was charged (like I do not know it, lol) and nothing about WHY it is like that. Did not end up in any result
