I really liked having tea and coffee making facilities in my room. I had a single bed room and it had a lovely leafy green outlook. Bed was comfy and I felt safe (as a woman travelling on her own).
There is no sign for the night bell. The front door locks early (5pm). There is a night bell but it is not signposted, so it is difficult to work out which button to press to get front desk to open the door.

The staff was very nice and especially helpful was Mr Tim. Luckily we got a place to park our car inside garage. And good that door for the entrance was closed so we felt safe, because the neighbourhood was awful. Quite good breakfast with big coffee is also big advantage. I was nicely surprised that they were changing our towels everyday.
I was sure that a kettle would be in the room and it was a big disappointment. Luckily there was a simple coffee machine so it was possible to prepare tee somehow but it was quite difficult and last for ages. A kettle would be much better, much more useful. Definitely it would be smaller stress if they had allowed to book parking place. I completely don't understand why they have no possibility to do that. Even if all places are already booked, information about it would be better than uncertainty. The stress connected with uncertainty whether there would be a parking place for us, was very unpleasant.

Very close to the Frankfurt train station, walk 4 min. Check in was fine in person (they messaged to check in online which didn;t work - the link got nowhere). Room was clean and quiet (reviews had mentioned noisy environment but I had asked for a quiet room and got one to the back), room had a coffee maker. I didn't take breakfast and given the proximity to the Hbf, price was great
Although the walk was short, at 9 pm it meant walking past people in the Bahnhofsviertel using and selling drugs and homeless, so it wasn't pleasant. The room was VERY small - really the bed and not much else but thats fine. Nevertheless, next time I will go closer to the airport to the gardencity hotels and not go to downtown Frankfurt

Located next to the station. Comfortable, spacious staff. Every front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Great Breakfast. I felt safe and secure during the stay; and the rooms were very quiet with soundproofing of the city streets below.
I have read the reviews regarding the homelessness and addicts near the location which is par for the course of being near the station. We were never approached and the hotel has taken obvious security steps with the key lock entries and I never felt unsafe or uncomfortable during our stay. We even did a window check upstairs and the soundproofing from open to closed was remarkable with block-out of noise. Could have used an extra pillow or two for the beds. Thank you for the stay!

The room was super value for money, just right opposite the main station! The receptionist (a lady) was really friendly and attentive. Room was bigger than expected, comfortable, clean. Slightly cold at night (visited end May) but blankets were sufficient to keep us warm. Kettle could be borrowed from the reception.
Would be good if there's a fridge in the room. Also, the location though central, felt a little unsafe especially over the weekend due to the sheer number of people around even till late at night. Best to travel around with a partner. We could also hear some (muted) clubbing sounds till late at night (past 1am)

Very good location, near Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof. It looked like a noisy street but it was quiet during the night. It looks quite simple, small and basic from the outside but our room was great - clean and spacious. Great value for money. Roma, the receptionist, was very pleasant and checked us in quickly. Breakfast was satisfactory. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and we had a good pleasant walk from the hotel to the old city center and the river. Will definitely stay with them again next time we are in Frankfurt. Check out was fast too.

The hotel is located just a five-minute walk from Frankfurt’s main train station, which is incredibly convenient for certain situations. For example, in my case, I had to catch an early train to another city in the morning, and since we arrived late in the evening, it was great that the hotel was so close to the station. We didn’t have to spend time looking for it. Inside the hotel, everything was wonderful – spotlessly clean, with friendly staff, and very comfortable rooms. These aspects made our stay very enjoyable.
The only nuance – and this is not the hotel's fault – is the area around Frankfurt’s main train station. Unfortunately, there are a lot of troubled individuals, such as drug addicts, alcoholics, and occasional police interventions. If you’re visiting Frankfurt to enjoy the city itself, I’d recommend choosing a hotel closer to the center. That said, this hotel is still a great option, as it’s about a 10-15 minute walk from the Old Town, making it a convenient choice for many travelers.

Its very near to the Main Metro Station and its just 4 minute walk away .if ure planning to stay for 1 night or 2 its best option and the Receptionist and the Staff were truly appreciated
Among the place theres a lot of Bar and some unexpected people who had been in not in their normal state due to some chemical intake. better avaoid coming in late night and early morning. other than that All Safe!

Room was really spacious, as well as the bathroom. Everything was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff (both ladies that greeted us in the morning and night at the reception) was super nice. The hotel is very close to the city's main train station and also a good/doable walking distance from the main tourist stops. A lot of restaurants and markets nearby, within walking distance.
Every time we had to use the shower we had to put extra towels on the floor because water was escaping beneath the shower door. Other than that, the room we stayed in was fine. We didn't like the neighborhood very much. Specially at night. It was super close to the main train station in Frankfurt though, so if this is something important to you during your trip, the hotel location is helpful.

We booked this hotel last minute at a reasonable price, and it turned out to be a great choice. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the train station. At the reception we were warmly welcomed by a lovely and very friendly staff member, Sonya. The room was clean and had a balcony facing the courtyard. Although there was some street noise (Saturday evening), it was still comfortable with earplugs. The bed was excellent, and overall we were very satisfied with our stay. Would definitely recommend!
