The room was quite basic but spacious enough and the hotel location, directly opposite the train station, was perfect. I was pleased to be given a room with no noise issues, well off the main road. A nice breakfast was included in a smallish, pleasant breakfast room. The hotel offers great value for money. I have been before and would be happy to come again.

The shower recess was quite tight, perhaps too much so for big and solid people. Otherwise everything was fine.

Location to train. Good value for money. Comfortable bed. Great continental breakfast included. Lift to room floor. It's a small room but as described and good for a one night stay. Cupboard facilities for clothes if you choose to unpack.

It was a little noisy at night but didn't keep us awake. I knew there wasn't a fridge but a fridge is always helpful.

Loud, even though my room at the back. But what do you expect in a hotel so close to Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof? My basic single room had what I needed (desk). Reception staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Historical photos of the hotel before it was rebuilt were painted on the walls in the grand but forgotten staircase. Lots of atmosphere.

Slightly surprised that my single room had no big lamp, although I found a switch that led nowhere. However, no problem to make do with the bed light and the desk-lamp.

The location is very good and a step away from public transport and central station. Shops and resto are everywhere. Check in/out is fast. The room is clean with comfortable bed. Unable to avail the free breakfast, so no comment

The room is a bit small but that is what I paid for.

Nice hotel, friendly helpful staff, with a fantastic buffet breakfast on offer, rooms were nice and comfy, location is close to the main rail station and it's within easy walking distance. Easy walk to downtown also. Supermarkets and food options located close also. Just a note on the location there are some dodgy types around near the station just keep your wits about you and all is ok though.

the location is good, just next to central station. but it is noisy in the night, due to the tram just in front of hotel. can't compline the noisy the service is very good, reception are very nice and kind. when we check-in, the lady is penitent and answered all our questions, also gave us a recommended restaurant. also the gentleman in the next morning when check out. the room is clean. big bathroom. with small balcony.

Great location, big room, clean, friendly staff and value of money!

Friendly staff, lovely breakfast, we were lucky to have one of the only 6 rooms with air conditioning on a VERY hot day. Clean rooms.

Very loud but by train station which is understandable

LIFT IS NOT WORKING. GO TO 3rd FLOOR is too much difficult that body do not allow to go ahead of one stairs

It was nice and clean. The hotel is rather close to the railway station and the city center. Enough of everything to spend a couple of days.

The street is just a bit noisy, didn’t bother me, but for light sleepers it might be an issue. Also, the fact that it’s near the station unfortunately means that it’s not extremely comfortable to be there alone in the evening because of some creepy individuals.
