Price - value for my dollar. Good breakfast. Restaurant in lobby is convenient but limited menu (pizza/pasta) . Clean with renovations. Comfortable beds. Close to S3 subway line which brings you directly into town. Courteous desk and hard working restaurant staff. Served our needs.

We didn’t mind the hotel at all. But people should know. It is a working man’s neighbourhood that appeared run down at first. Streets are not clean. Exterior of building is covered in graffiti. But I felt safe. People in neighbourhood are friendly common folk. Mostly immigrants and very nice.

Not in the centre of the city, however you can reach it by Veddel train station and then bus 13 - which stops right outside. It is in an area that might not appeal at first when you arrive, the area has a lot of graffiti. However once you go around the back and enter the hotel it is a different story, warm and snug with a good restaurant. Two supermarkets nearby and plenty of restaurants. It is possible to walk into town along the levee bank but easier to go by bus 13 and train, especially with luggage. We enjoyed our stay there, especially helpful Tony in the restaurant. The room was spacious and clean. The only downside is that the smokers stand right outside the main entrance, so you have to take a deep breath, walk through the fug of smoke and enter the hotel. If they could move the smoking area further away (eg 1 km) that would be better.

Very spacious, clean and comfy family room.

They closed the restaurant half an hour before the schedule. Honestly speaking, we didn't book the table there but had an idea just to come and dine. That didn't work. The area has a lot of places to eat in the evening - one can definitely find burger/durum/kebab nearby.

Private parking in a gated underground lot beneath the hotel (17€ for 24 hrs). Modern hotel room and design was cool. Location was perfect because it’s within approximately 1-2 mikes of multiple historical sites.

Check in was not a smooth process and took a while. The hotel was experiencing a building wide issue with the hotel room electronic locking mechanism so guest could not enter with the key card. Multiple guest had to wait a while to check-in because a single staff member had to visit each room one-by-one and unlock the door. Hotel was extremely busy and we waited 10+ minutes to take the elevator from the top floor with heavy luggage. The bar was closed but had a staff member manning it, odd.

The afternoon/evening receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were good with delicious rolls and fresh fruit salad. Guests are given the choice of having their room serviced or a free bottle of water.

The room was a little dated and while it was clean, the curtains were stained. The bathroom was small and the shower was very small. The free bottle of water was small and had a lid that had to be opened by the receptionist with a bottle opener.

Great breakfast and very polite staff. The room wasn't anything fancy, but definitely met our expectations (very clean and bonus points for the hair drier attached!). Overall a nice stay.

We didn't like the lack of the balcony and one of our friends experienced some problems with the Wi-Fi, which isn't a big deal. However, the additional fee for cultural and turistical reasons (6 euro) did suprise us in a negative way.

Reasonable price and I was about to secure a parking lot as I arrived early. Transport to the center was also easy even we had to take both a bus (13) and then a train (S3/31).

There are constructions around, the parking is almost full everyday so we did not dare to take the car out and had to leave it there during the entire stay. Arrive early if you want to secure a parking lot. Breakfast is simple.

The room was excellent with 2 Balconies, clean and quit! friendly stuffs. Breakfast was good but not excellent.

facilities like kettle and some basis needs like plates, spoon and Knife were not in the room, you should go down and ask for one every time you need! You need to bring your own toothpaste and brushes unfortunately the Hotel does not have a Lobby, so you should wait straight if reservation is busy. there is not a near shopping place around the Hotel. But buses come quiet often if u don´t travel with car.

Clean, food breakfast, comfy bed, good value for money

Nothing really. If I come back to Hamburg I will most likely stay at the same place despite it being a little outside of the center.

Very spacious and clean room. The kitchen had the plates and utensils to cook.

The breakfast spread can be changed in 2-3 days. Since I stayed for 5 days, I got bored after 2 days
