Location is very handy, close to the station and the centre of the city too, it's a nice walk to reach the river and do some sight-seeing. Classic ibis simple but fine rooms, place to leave the luggage with attention, bar with everything available, nothing bad really.

Incredibly noisy and the window needs to be open most of the time, really gives a headache. A bin in the room would be handy and a closed bin with lid at the WC too (not a bucket).

Very well located near the train station and several restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Rooms are simple but comfortable and have all that's needed for your stay.

Shower temperature control didn't work well, had random wild swings occasionally.

Location. Street parking was easy for motorbikes.

We were 4 men wanting 2 twin rooms. The beds were that close together you could spoon each other. You could only separate the beds by a few mm. You would have been lucky to get a set of feeler gauges between them.

We were a group of 8 women. We were welcomed very warm and the check-in was efficient and professional. They answered all of our questions. We stayed in Ibis hotels in the past. This one was the best when it is about the rooms, staff and service. Rooms were very quiet and clean. Breakfast selection was great and everything was fresh. Staff was very observant, friendly and helpful. The waffles were great. Everything was filled out as soon as it was half empty. Will for sure come back. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff made our stay.

The staff, the facilities, the room, the parking, the breakfast were all fantastic. Would definitely recommend and return stay.

Lack of coffee making facilities in the room and greater electrical outlets needed in the room to be in line with other ibis hotels.

The location was perfect for me. I had an early train to catch on the day of departure and the property is a 5 to 10 minutes walk from the station. It is also an easy way to the Altstadt. The room was a reasonable size and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a large shower cubicle. There is a nice public area/bar.

The room was basic. Tea and coffee facilities would have been nice to have. The staff sometimes seemed preoccupied with other things.

Room was super clean, comfortable bed, short walking distance from train station. Staff member was very helpful both over the phone and at the hotel, he was very informative, attentive and ensured all our needs were met, we couldn’t have wished for better accommodation. our bags were kept safe while we enjoyed Koblenz. Nothing was too much trouble. I couldn’t get the AC to work but in any case I didn’t ask for help as it wasn’t really needed.

I stayed for 13 days the doors didn't wotk automatically very hard to push or pull. The entrance door is dangerous it opens outwards instead of inwards I wonder whether it is legally accepted The fruit offered at breakfast was not fresh and very little choice Even certain food (sluced cheese) was a leftover from the day before.

The comfort, excellent location near the train station, various nearby shops and restaurants.

The higher pricing, which might have been considered quite expensive.

Breakfast was fine, enough variety and pleasant ambience. Bed was very comfortable with good supportive pillows which was excellent. Not disturbed by any noise within or outside of the hotel. Location perfect for station and easy stroll into the old centre.

Would have liked at least some bottles of water to be provided in the rooms. Tea making facilities would be a bonus too.
