The hotel is just beside the Cologne station, about 5 minutes. We live on the higher floor, so we can see the Cologne church and station through the open window. Moreover, the breakfast is good, and you can leave your luggage here after check-out. One more thing, the staff is very kind to tell us where has a self-laundry store(just take the train in 1 minute).

It's a little noisy outside at night, and the elevator is very small, which can only take one person.

Just a few steps away from the Central Station and the iconic Cathedral. Ideal for a short stay. Our welcoming was excellent, they guy at the reception explained about the Cathedral History and suggest very nice places to visit, he was also very kind and polite 🌟

Rooms are very small, for one night was good but if you are traveling with the family keep that in mind, also elevator for one person which is very common in Europe and was not a problem at all but I don’t recommend it for handicapped people ✌️

The room was clean and comfortable, and extremely well soundproofed so very quiet despite the very loud station being right across the road. Staff were very friendly.

There is a lift but it is a tiny 1-person lift that cannot accommodate a wheelchair or buggy unfortunately. The weather was extremely hot the night we stayed and we had to keep the windows closed overnight to keep the station noise out, but that meant the room was far too hot as there was no aircon or fan. If it had been a cooler day the room would have been very comfortable.

A nice basic hotel right next to the Hauptbahnhof. I was worried about the lack of A/C as it was 28 degrees when we arrived, however the room was cool and had large opening windows. Very clean throughout, and run by a friendly family. Decor slightly dated but not enough that it felt shabby at all. Breakfast was nice but I wouldn't pay extra for it.

A little expensive for the quality but the location makes up for it.

The location is perfect, 2 minutes away from the station and all regional transport. The value for money is great. It's not the most luxurious hotel, but for one night with this location, it really was great value for money. The bedroom was clean, beds comfortable, working shower although a little small. But again, not a problem for one night. The people at the reception were very nice and helpful. Breakfast is ok too, although could have a couple more savoury options, but overall for the price it fills its goal.

The pillows were not great and the sink in the bathroom was too small to fill in a water bottle (however glasses are provided).

The personnel were very friendly and with always with a smile on their lips, ready to provide any information and help may needed. The breakfast was good enough, and I can.say vfm option. The best thing is that the location is 100 meters of the central Koln station

The room was not perfectly cleaned as I saw a lot of dust at the corners of the room. Also, the room was very small . it hardly fits our luggage. The last thing is that the bed mattress was very soft and not very comfortable for me to sleep.

The staff's hospitality and assistance when needed. Also, after our checkout, they let us leave our luggage for many hours during the day before leaving the city.

The bathroom was relatively small, and the sink, the shower, and the toilet tended to hold water and didn’t drain properly. The door is made of transparent glass, just so you know.

The location was ideal. It was close to the train station and the city centre. The room was comfortable and well insulated. Breakfast offered plenty of choice. Staff were helpful and those with which I had contact were English speaking.

The toilet in the room needed some attention. Though it flushed alright it had a constant drip. This didn't really bother me and could be easily repaired by a plumber.

Great location, great value for money. Nice breakfast that is not expensive. Friendly staff and 24h reception. Rooms are basic but perfectly adequate. Everything is clean and works well.

Lift (elevator) is very small - fits one person with a suitcase - but did its job.

Our desk personal Christof, he was awasome , very knowledgeable, very amicable,and very pleasant.....made our stay a very pleasant one .....thankyou Christof .

Towels were not changed , or room cleaned as I am accustomed in my travels, maybe it's not a custom here in this country 🤔
