Beautiful hotel with lot of love in every detail! Superb friendly helpful staff. Super yummy breakfast. Felt like home;-)

The hotel is simply delightful. It has everything you could possibly need to feel that every detail was thoughtfully designed for your comfort, creating an atmosphere that is both elegant and inviting. The staff are wonderful – efficient, friendly, and always welcoming with a warm smile. We were especially grateful to Alisa, who went above and beyond to print our travel documents for us, and to Arlette, who was exceptionally kind and patient, providing us with all the information we needed with a warm and genuine attitude. The design is a rich blend of retro and modern, crafted with incredible attention to detail. It’s truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and I would gladly return again and again. I only had breakfast there, but it felt like sitting in a cozy café with personal service. This is genuinely a pampering hotel, and it’s worth reading what others have to say about it as well.

The hotel is new and very beautiful. Have to say that every small detail has been thought out. Lots of beautiful plants and an outdoor place with lot of sofas and chairs. The breakfast was one of the best we have had and you can order eggs any style. Booked a room with balcony and it was very beautiful and the bathroom perfect. Very good location with easy walking distance to the river Rhine and the city center with lot of restaurants. But the best part of the hotel is their staff. All so friendly and welcoming and I mean everybody. We were sad to leave but will be back. Thank you all for making our easter vacation the best ever.

I usually never write any review, but I need to say this. I arrived to the hotel, I was sick since the day before, the lady receptionist called, if I remember well, Mariassunta, showed me a great example of empathy and wonderful meaning of the word "hospitality" since our arrival. I must say that my parents are both from that field and since a kid I have been in this world, and lately, this word has lost his sense everywhere. She took care of me, called the pharmacy to explain them everything since my German is not so good, took our stuff, and later gave us the room earlier when we returned. The day after she was also asking about my health and how went our day. So I want to thank you so much for everything and your genuine way of taking care of the people , I hope you get to the top because you deserve it, and I hope you can read this message. The room and the hotel facilities were amazing, great quality everywhere, a true 5 stars. You have everything and more in the room, very classy, amazing bed, we slept like babies.

This hotel is like a very pleasant surprise in the beautiful city of MAINZ. Very clean, very comfortable. the staff was super helpful (especially Mr. Mehdi and others whom in not aware of names). Very well decorated and rooms full of detailed amenities up to the level of dental floss. Great work by the hotel management and i think it will be a great success. Even the soaps, shampoos and conditioners were of organic type and not containing sodium laureth sulfate which is great.

Breakfast seems to be a limited one. I think can be more variety (e.g. scrambled eggs) types of juices but still its not a complaint but a place for improvement.

Beautifully designed hotel with a classy sheik vibe. Wonderful lemon water waiting for you! Complimentary mini bar and coffee machine in the room! Robes, slippers and great bed linens! Nice tv with an English news channel which is great! Windows that opened! The breakfast that was included in our hotel stay was very good and the staff was very attentive! The hotel felt very next level! 10 minute walk to the train station and close to the Altstadt !

The room was very warm when we arrived but the staff promptly came up to adjust the temperature and turn on the air conditioning. I’m not sure we would have figured it out! A bit of garbage outside the hotel area (not on the hotel property)no fault of the hotel but nevertheless looked untidy.

Our stay at this hotel was truly outstanding – it exceeded all our expectations in every way! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm, professional, and genuinely kind staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel itself is incredibly modern, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated, from the sleek interiors to the high-end amenities. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making guests feel both comfortable and pampered. We were already expecting a great experience based on reviews and photos, but the reality was far better. Everything was just perfect – and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

The hotel has a comfortable relaxed luxurious feel. Rooms were spotlessly clean, beds were very comfortable. Staff are super helpful and polite, the breakfast was great. Dinner in the restaurant was one of the best meals I have had recently.

A pool would really finish off this hotel. Balconies in balcony rooms are not very private. No English TV channels and I couldn’t find Netflix or anything so couldn’t use the TV.

The hotel is clearly new or recently renovated. The rooms are clean and include a mini-bar and coffee machine. The air conditioning and heating worked properly. The staff was highly friendly and very professional. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The rooms are quiet. It's just a few minutes' walk to the old city center and the main train stations, with easy access from the airport. A good choice of room services are offered. The room has ironing options.

Breakfast was poor and comparable to that of a much cheaper/low budget hotel—a huge disappointment. The overall price for the hotel is too high, considering what is offered for the money. Definitely not worth it, and I will certainly not choose this hotel next time I visit Mainz. The 100-euro per night accommodation deposit is just laughable, as if they expect guests to demolish their rooms. This is something I have never encountered before, and I have traveled all over Europe. Overall, it's a great hotel (8/10).

The property has recently been refurbished so everything is new and pristine. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is well located for able to walk to the old town, the Dom, restaurants, museums, buses, trams and is only a brisk 10min walk from the station

The breakfast and evening meals are far too expensive. The normal rates for a room are also too expensive. We always stayed in this hotel when it was the city Hilton which had more reasonable rates. We will only stay here in the future if we get a good discount with Booking.com as we did for this stay.
