Beautiful , clean rooms, exceptionally comfortable mattresses, lovely barhroom, and amazing breakfast. I would stay there again. We were driving to Italy and we needed to stop somewhere for the night. We found it by chance, and I am so glad we did. This is the first hotel that had Earl Grey tea available at breakfast. Fresh croissaints, great omelette , what an array of food there was.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Great choice for breakfast. Clean and modern inside. Room was great for a family.

The appearance of the area does not match the hotel. Area looks run down, though lots of work going on to improve area but don't let that put you off. The hotel is very clean and modern.

Very spacious and clean room, It easily fits a family of 5. Breakfast was of a good variety and taste. I would definitely choose this again.

There was a fair distance from the city center and we were charged for overnight parking even though the parking area was not protected (entrance was open for everyone).

Room had no charm/character, and hotel is located in industrial/commercial building surroundings. The 4-person room layout is just a 2-person room with two additional beds which makes it a bit cramped.

Everything was ok, nice staff. The room was big enough with all facilities well prepared. I totally recommend this hotel. The hotel has good connection to Mannheim Central Station (tram 5, 5A) where you can reach other destinations by train. For example you can visit Heidelberg and its palace, full of history and eat in no 1 choice local restaurant named "Kulturbrauerei Heidelberg" (10 minutes by train from Mannheim central station)). Another destination to visit will be Baden Baden: here you can visit Frida Kahlo museum which is amazing, totally recommended (if you see the movie with Salma Hayek first, all paintings in the museum will be more interesting).Also you can visit the palace ruins if you are in the mood of taking a walk via forest. Baden Baden is round 1 hour by train from Mannheim Central Station.

Room heating didn't work

Newly renovated, spacious room, junior suite. We could easily fit there as a family of two parents and three kids. Breakfast was OK. Not anything super special, but all that you need for it.

Surroundings of the hotel where not so appealing, more like an office or industrial area.

Would have been nice to have Netflix or the ability to stream to the tv from your phone. there was only one English speaking tv channel which was a news channel. location was great for Time Warp festival, although it is out of the way a bit for dinner options in the local area. you would need a short Uber or 40minute walk into the city. However there is options for delivery.

Clean and comfortable. The gym is open from 6:30 am, giving a chance to exercise before starting your working day. Breakfasts variety ok, even with some vegetables, which isn't something you find easily on breakfast menus nowadays.

Great service from the staff. Staff was great and focused on great solutions and customer service. The breakfast was excellent there was a great selection of food and beverage. Close to the tram station easy access to the central

The staff was very helpful and the rooms and bathrooms were all up to date. Everything was nicely clean.

The bed was a little hard and the fresh fruit for breakfast tasted frozen. Very good coffee machine.
