Great stay and comfy rooms, cosy ambiance in hotel. Lovely breakfast. Situated close to the central train station and even closer to a U-bahn station. Staff was attentive and friendly. They offered us a discount when not being able to travel back because of the snow and we had to stay another night which was nice.

Tip for hotel: if you play music downstairs (lobby/breakfast area) music with heavy basses can be heard in the suite rooms. Even with relaxed music, you can hear the basses all night. So maybe put the bass down a bit (you can test this and you will hear it).

Wow... where to begin. When I opened the door of hotel at night, I couldn't believe, it was so classy. And then the room was so lovely and cool, spatious, with toiletries, bathroom was so cool, it also had floor heating. There was shampoo and shower gel too with big bottles. The view was lovely of cathedral. Definitely 10 or 100 times better than the price that I payed. Bed was comfortable. Everything was super clean. There was a lovely wardrobe with a sliding door. If I have an opportunity to pay the same price I would definitely stay again. And the best was the blonde girl in reception, she was so cute and kind and helpful, I left with all smiles 💛

A friendly greeting from the staff starts everything off well. Our room was beautifully decorated as an individual space, not a cookie-copied clone. A spectacular bathroom sparkled, as it was so clean, bright & modern. A bar, with character, was available on the ground floor. Breakfast was outstanding: fresh fruits & berries plus all of the standard faire but at a higher quality than most. Parking garage was across the street, that was highly popular. Located at Theresienwiese it is convenient for many activies at that site, in our case Christmas Market.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived, making us feel right at home. Our room was spotless with a freshly remodeled bathroom that felt modern and luxurious. The bedding was crisp and clean,ensuring a perfect night’s sleep, and the atmosphere was quiet and restful - exactly what we needed.

The only minor suggestion would be to refresh the towels,as some were a bit worn. But overall, this was a fantastic stay, thanks to the great amenities and exceptionally friendly service.

We initially had difficulty getting to the hotel due to travel and baggage delays which meant we would get to the hotel after hours, but the staff called to check on us and then made it extremely easy to access the hotel and our room over the phone All the staff are friendly, welcoming and genuine. Honourable mention to Max, he was a big help and an all round top guy The hotel is lovely, very different to most in the area, and for our trip it was great value for money. I'd highly recommend it 👍🏼

Nothing of the hotels fault. But I'd recommend using the S Bahn for getting into the old town etc, as the walk gets a bit tedious after a few days

Really nice place to stay! It's in a nice neighbor, not far from metro station (direct connection to city centre/some cafes around the station) and little walk with some trees etc. Staff was friendly, breakfast was nice too. And I really liked the building/atmosphere. Nice combination of classic and modern decor. My room window was facing to next building with European style/tree so it was cozy overall. I was a bit worried that I didn't see any photo of shower room but it was nicely decorated too, with nice smell body lotion:) If I come back to Munich, I want to stay here again and try some drink at the bar as well!

Nothing really. Maybe you can install mini shelf to hold Shampoo/shower gel in the shower so that you don't need to use them from the floor, but it didn't bother me much!

The room was nice and comfortable and it came with a fan which was very helpful as we were visiting in August and it was very warm! I particularly enjoyed the waterfall shower head. The breakfast is standard continental and was nice. It was walkable into the old town, but maybe took us 25/30 minutes - if you didn't want to walk so much, the hotel is kind of in the middle between two metro stops, so you would have to walk maybe 5 minutes to the nearest one. The hotel is directly facing Theresienwiese, if you were visiting for the famous Oktoberfest!

I really didn't encounter any problems with the hotel, and the location wasn't an issue for me as I don't mind walking

We were very pleasantly surprised by the Boutique Hotel Krone - it doesn't look that much from the outside, but inside it is beautiful, with the most amazing art work and funky designs throughout. We were in the Swan Suite which was beautiful - loads of space to move around and a very comfy bed (and sofa). The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Whilst the breakfast was relatively limited in comparison to other larger hotels, the choice was still good and it was freshly prepared. The location was also excellent, being right next door to the Munich Oktoberfest site - very quiet in August but I'm sure quite different in September...

There wasn't anything that we didn't like - overall it was a great start to our holiday!

The quality of the breakfast was alright although limited. The rooms were excellent, a good size and very comfortable.

We found the bar opening and closing hours very strange/limited and were not able to enjoy a nightcap, which would have been nice. The one member of staff on duty at breakfast was clearly overwhelmed by the number of guests partaking of the offer breakfast and was struggling to maintain throughput despite his consistent, excellent efforts. He was charming, pleasant but rushed off his feet.

The bedroom suite was amazing, very clean space in a really nice and well decorated property. Breakfast was a buffet with fresh fruits or salad. Check in and check out went smoothly. The staff is nice and helpful

The breakfast salon is too small to fit everyone when the hotel is full. You have to walk around to find a table « fist come first served » with only one kind employee who was very focused and dedicated but we must admit that he can’t do all on his own. We were happy finally to have a table even with the plates on the table from the previous guest. A bottle of water in the room or a water fountain in the corridor would have been appreciated.
