Very basic but modern, well thought out and clean. You get what you see on the pictures. Sound isolation was very good, also of the windows, overlooking the traintracks. The trains are loud if you open the windows but completely silent if the windows are closed. AC worked fine (i was there during some hot days in june), so it was perfectly fine the keep them closed. Breakfast was only okay, but not too expensive. You can buy some snacks at the reception. Beatiful area of the city, not very central but the subway is very close. You can go for a run or a walk to the nearby lake.

Understaffed, therefore you have to wait sometimes in line if you have to talk to someone at the reception. But they were nice and helpful.

The location is very convenient and easy to reach — whether by taxi or metro, both options are practical. The area is clean, organized, and peaceful. We took a taxi because we had a lot of luggage, but the metro station is also very close by, which makes it great for visitors using public transport.

The room felt a bit small for me, but it was definitely clean and well-organized. I found the shower design a bit unusual — I had never seen that style before — but everything was tidy and in good condition. There was no wardrobe or closet where we could put our clothes or store our suitcases, and I have to say I didn’t really like that. It would have been much more comfortable with at least a small space for storage.

The room had a very high cost-value rate. And it's located near the station Oberwiesenfeld. You could take U3 to the city centre in about 20 minutes. The room was soundproof. You could hardly hear the train outside,

The facility was confusing. I got "please clean the room" card and "please don't clean the room" card at the same time. So the cleaner missed the cleaning when I hung out the "please clean the room" card. The room was very small, but you wouldn't expect much for the relatively cheap price.

Overall, it's a practical choice for budget-conscious travelers looking for a safe and clean place to stay. Overall, our stay was excellent for a budget hotel. The staff were very welcoming and provided great service throughout our visit.

The room was like a dormitory but more spacious than the other business hotels I know. I was staying for a business conference, and the venue was right next to it, so it fulfilled my needs. The desk and chair were also good enough size for working.

No store is around the hotel at all, and you need to walk 15 minutes or take the metro, you can buy some snacks, and drinks at the reception area, but if you forget some necessary items it is not very convenient to go shopping. The hair dryer wasn't equipped and you need to ask at the reception in exchange for deposit money.

Rooms are very clean and beds are comfy. Breakfast starts early in the morning (6 am. and sunday - national holiday 7 am.) so if you are travelling for business or vacation rest of the day will be enough for you. Subway takes 7 min. walk to reach and you can go anywhere that you want via connections of public transport. In addition, from Airport to hotel takes approximately 1 hour trip and it is comfy. But the most important thing is, staff is very very kind and helpful.

There shall be flay swatters at windows. If you open window for a night, all flies will be in your room. Air conditioner was not working properly but room temp was ok. There is a ventilation hole in shower but it is not efficient. You might feel uncomfortable during shower because all humid air stays inside. Please at least add some scrambled eggs to breakfast.

Friendly reception staff that helped us with alternative parking when our high car, including ski box, was too high for the garage. Quick check-in and check-out, the room was exactly as on the pictures and all seems fairly new, so feels nice and clean. The room was spacious, we filled it with 3 and still had enough room for our jackets and bags.

The room was pretty hot and when we opened the window we heard the trains on the tracks of the nearby train station the entire night.

For a very cheap budget hotel, this was very friendly, comfortable and very handily located 2-3 minutes from the U-bahn station, 10 minute walk from the Olympiapark shops. The U-bahn puts you within 10-12 minutes of the main station, 1 stop from the Olympiahalle, and all of the city was thus within easy reach. Breakfast was inexpensive, continental style. I inadvertently used the salt shaker next to the coffee machine instead of the sugar shaker at breakfast, but I can't hold Ibis accountable for my stupidity!

Receptionist was great. Location was few minutes walk from U-Bahn station, Our room has a great view with Hills. Quiet at night.

When we are about to take our breakfast, one staff asked us if we are on the list and if we had already paid. And while getting our food, another staff came to re-check us if we are on the list, there is poor staff coordination, good thing we are not easily offended, but what if that happen to other people who has a temper.

The room was clean, tidy and warm. Breakfast was served in a wide range of hours and has many food options to eat, maybe we will miss a little more of the variety of fruits.

Sometimes it was difficult to find staff at the desk. When we first came, to leave the luggage we have to wait because it wasn’t anybody, and after in the afternoon when we came to do the check in was the same, we have to wait because it wasn’t any staff around.
