The view from to room! That was absolutely astonishing. Staff was really friendly and we could check-in later then it was written in Booking description. It is only a 3 km from Berchestgaden city center and aroud 1,5 km from König See beach. The city center of Schönau is around 400 meters, there is Sparkasse with no additional fees. We did not tried breakfast, but you can have at very nice terrace with beautiful view on Kehlstein (Eagel's nest). Free parking included. It is possible to buy a beer by self service in the fridge provided by accomodation. A small fridge is in the room as well. We will definitely come back there, it was awesome!

The view from the window is on top of the list. Location is also good. 15mins walk from the Berchtesgaden and also 20mins walk to the Königsee (lake). There is a bus stop at 2mins walk as well. Rooms were super clean and comfortable. Toilet and shower rooms were fully facilitated. Heating works perfectly fine. I would love to stay for 100 times if I have to come back here. There is a terrace outside the room to enjoy the view. Highly recommended. A very nice restaurant and bar is at 5mins walk from the hotel. Breakfast was very delicious and worth it (12€ per person).

The lady at the reception doesn't speak english but the other lady who was there in the morning can speak english very well. They close the kitchen in the evening. Nothing bad elsewise.

The staff were really helpful: we needed to check-in late and they made it work. We booked a double room and it was a surprise that the bathroom with shower was inside one of the rooms and not at the hallway between the rooms, but it wasn't really a problem. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was amazing!

The wifi was really poor, we couldn't connect at all during our stay.

The hotel is away from the busier crowded part of town near the lake, but also only a short walk to restaurants. The mountain views are lovely and our room had a huge newly renovated bathroom. Bonus was that it had AC which isn't common and it was very hot during our stay so we were grateful for the cool air.

WIFI is weak and spotty.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and once again, it did not disappoint. The location is perfect, with an outstanding view that adds so much to the experience. The owner is incredibly friendly and polite. The room was clean and comfortable, and the check-in process was easy and hassle-free.

The property is well located and the rooms have a wonderful view to the mountains. The breakfast was well served and good quality. The owners were hospitable.

The bathroom had a bit of mold in some spots, which should be taken care of.

Staff were very accommodating and kind! The room was comfortable space-wise and located right next to a bus stop. We enjoyed the proximity to daily activities and the many delicious restaurants in walking distance! Would definitely stay again :) thank you so much for your hospitality!

Close to bus stops to Königssee. Good patio with a Mountain View. Friendly and helpful staff.

The sound insulation is non-existent. We can hear every foot step and neighbors watching TV. Outdated room interiors.

The environment outside the hotel is beautiful. the room is clean and the design/decoration is classic.

the location is not convenient, neither close to train station nor the lake. It takes 30-40 mins walk. The bus is not frequent. Hardly find any restaurants / shops nearby.

Fantastic location with stunning views, overall the house was inviting and easy to relax in. Authentic experience of Bavaria! Staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast on the outdoor patio was a favourite part of the day. Rooms were tidy and had everything we needed. We would definitely come back!

Wifi didn't work and a slightly more variety to the breakfast buffet would be appreciated by guests who stay for longer.
