The apartment was very clean and well equipped, beautiful bathroom and a lovely balcony. Near public transport, also walking distance to the Königssee. Self check-in was smooth and straight forward. Very quiet and peaceful, beautiful view of the mountains. We booked the room with a kitchenette.

We couldn't turn off the microwave and it emitted an incredibly bright light which was bothersome during the night, same for the standby light of the TV. Personally I just want my room to be completely dark at night. Coffee and tea cups were too small, around 125ml. We arrived earlier and wanted to leave our luggage at the hotel, however there was no one at reception and it took a few attempts to reach them by phone.

The location of the property is pristine and also convenient in terms of reachability via public transport (the nearest bus stop is 5 minutes on foot)! Check-in is uncomplicated, and the room keys can be picked up from and deposited back into a lock box. The apartment is also great value for money and all the amenities that one might require are provided. Highly recommended!

The property owners could be more responsive as I messaged them via Booking.com and Whatsapp, and yet got no reply. The cleaning lady was friendly but unfortunately, spoke only Ukrainian.

A huge kitchen to gather the group in an enough room for 6, our group of 5 enjoyed the stay thoroughly. It's located with some of the most beautiful surroundings in the Berchtesgaden area with easy enough access to public transit (for which the hotel gives you passes to use) and a scenic 15 minute walk to the Königssee. Everything was clean and we had enough of what we needed to cook and even enjoyed a meal outside on the property. They also let us store our luggage before check in and after check out which was extremely helpful.

Communication with staff in person was a little difficult (minimal German and English) but everything worked out just fine. Sofa couch wasn't very comfy but what can you expect from a sofa bed.

The apartment is located at a perfect location, you have a great view on both sides. It's immaculate, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The owner is quick in answering calls or messages and ready to accommodate the needs. Since we have stayed in 4 apartments on the same premises, Apartment 11 on the 1st floor is the best. We would like to book it for our next visit. Despite the great views, the Deluxe apartment is more suitable for a large family or young people (it feels more like a dormitory). The apartment next to the Deluxe apartment is also very nice and has separate rooms.

We booked a Deluxe apartment for 6 people and a twin room for 1, unfortunately, the pictures of the Delux apartment were not clear to understand that the bed and the sofa bed are close to each other and in the same open space. Another sofa bed is at the entrance and in the kitchen area, so gets suffocated during the warm days. Since we were 2 families, we had to request another apartment for privacy. Along with the Deluxe apartment, we got another apartment (of course we had to pay more), unfortunately, due to the booking situation, we had to change 2 apartments during our 4-day stay. However, the staff and owner were helpful and got the apartment cleaned and ready for us. Also, a toaster would be really great to have in the apartment.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this property. The bathroom was so modern and clean, we loved the huge shower, the kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed, and everyone was very comfortable and slept well. We didn’t realize that one of the sofa beds was actually a second bedroom! That was a nice bonus space that we didn’t realize we were getting. We were so amazed that we could see the Eagles Nest from our window! Needless to say, the views were stunning, and the location was fantastic! This property absolutely deserves the highest rating possible!

Great location, absolutely gorgeous views from the windows, and ideally situated for walking to everything in Schönau am Konigssee. So nice to find a place that can fit a family of six! And a lovely garden for us to be in too.

Because the shower was the type that shares the floor with the rest of the bathroom, water tended to get all over the bathroom floor and stay there. Not a great design... but you can work with it!

We stayed at Aparthotel Hochfeld for one night in Schönau am Königssee, and it was a delightful experience. The location is stunning, surrounded by the beautiful Bavarian Alps, which made for a peaceful and scenic retreat. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering everything we needed for a short stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure we had a pleasant experience. I only wish we could have stayed longer to explore the area more. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Schönau am Königssee!

We booked a deluxe apartment and it was as beautiful as shown in the pictures. The bedroom/tv room is a good size. The sofa bed was very comfortable too. The cupboards on the side of the bed were sufficient for us, however if there is a family planning on staying longer than 2 days , you might find the space not enough. The washroom and kitchen were nicely furnished.

Not all the pots had their lids. The top shelf of the dishwasher wobbles. One would need table mats. There were no bowls to go with the plates. It would be nice if they provided salt , sugar and cooking oil in the kitchen.. just the basics. The place is not soundproof , you can often hear flush going down in someone else's room.

The kitchen was too big - soo soo many drawers/cabinets (most of them empty), we were always looking for some equipment Bathroom only accessible from the main bedroom, so my friends had to go through our bedroom to the toilet (lock relatively loud so it woke us every time)

Hochfeld is in perfect walking distance to Königsee, no need for using the car. The studio / apartment was ok, but it could need a makeover. It looked like something from the 60´es. the equipment in the kitchen area is extremely sparse, only two things of each kind. The beds were good and there was very clean.

As said above, there is too little kitchen equipment. The towels in the bathroom thin and worn. The only staff we met was a nice woman who could not speak either German or English.
