What we loved about this booking was the size of the apartment, the layout, the view, the quiet suburban neighbourhood, the closeness of the bus stop, the welcome card for free public transport, the communication throughout, the washing machine, the fan instead of air conditioning was a big plus, the clothing rack (also good for drying clothes on hangers), the nice plus ample kitchenware, the shower cubicle size, the cupboard space. The piece de resistance was the super amazing toilet room - OMG we loved loved loved that room so much! It was fresh, huge, light and airy, had a big window (felt like you were outside) and was sooooo nice to sit in - best room in the apartment.

I enjoyed almost everything about this place. It also helped that there was a small sprinkling of snow for our first morning. Everything was clean, fridge was decent and washing machine good enough for all our loads. Absolutely loved the heated floor in the bathroom. Makes a difference in the winter. The residence was also decorated for our Christmas stay. Location only a couple km from city. Roughly 40 minute walk to the old town but best to just catch public transport which was around the corner. Couple grocery options within 5 or so minute walk.

Nothing, loved the stay. If I were to comment on anything, the inclusion of a vacuum cleaner or broom/mop to satisfy my thirst for cleanliness would have helped. It would also be good to advise guests of how to recycle, doesn't sound like much but I never know what the local requirements are...

The establishment is simply perfect. Fantastically organised first impression was the user friendly app, online registration with necessary details, location easy to find with two bus stop lines very near to apartment. The apartment itself with everything you need well planned and organised. We were family with two children and we felt as home. Top of all the free rental bikes made highlight of our trip, well spend day biking in Salzburg. Only regret kind of cold outside to use the small lovely terrace for morning coffee. Highly recommend to anybody searching for accommodation in Salzburg.

Honestly didn't like is more like finding a needle in a haystack. Thinking of and simple I would not change or add anything.

Great location, very clean, well-stocked with supplies (dish washer soap, soap for bathroom, etc.), very easy check-in!

-No bed linens readily available for sofa bed, due to property management assuming our booking for 2 people meant a couple. Contacting management about linens was quite stressful, as they were not responsive through their website & were very hectic over the phone. -Only one, very loud fan available. -rather expensive.

Cycles availble on property to checkout and use. Great way to see Salzburg. Ample car parking space for residents. Facility area with commonly needed items availble for use We reached late at night and the code did not work but fortunately someone was monitoring the situation and they buzzed us in.

Low cieling is some places 1) Above the bed, Above the bath tub, left of the main door (shoe rack area) so people could bump their head easily if not careful.

The property was in a great location, free parking is a bonus. The property was well decorated and thought out. The self check in was easy to do, the little extras were great, providing dishwasher tablets and washing powder for the washing machine. Nice touch with the coffee machine and pods. Beds were comfortable and they accept dogs. There was nothing not to like, we would definitely stay again. We left behind a bag with holiday gifts in and the staff were so kind as to help us with getting it shipped back to us, the first time a company have ever been so honest and helped us to retrieve things, I must try better to not leave things behind in future! All in all I can this is one of the best apartments we’ve ever stayed at and we’ve stayed in a lot of them. Mondsee is a must to visit whilst here.

There was nothing not to like, everything was perfect.

The booking process was smooth and easy. The apartment matched the description perfectly and was clean and comfortable. Great communication with the host. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment has a lot of wooden furniture and surfaces, some of which are not well-finished. Our child got a splinter a couple of times — something to keep in mind if you're staying with young kids.

The apartment is in a tranquil area with good proximity to public transport, so  getting to the center of the city will take a little time. There is free parking in front of apartment. The version for 3 persons can't be named roomy, but it is clean and good equipped. This is not bad option for not long stay.

The suspicious online check-in procedure that requests the whole information about your bank card. Low responsiveness of the owner, I received accommodation instructions only with the Booking's team assistance.

The apartment was clean and very beautiful! We had space for us to cook in the kitchen, watch shows and simply relax after a long day out. It was also very easy to get transport into the city, which the owners detailed in their guide.

There weren’t two rooms for the one we stayed, and so we were only separated by a thin veil of curtain. We didn’t mind this as we were all quite close friends.

Very convenient and peaceful location. Bus stop at couple of minutes walk with connections all over Salzburg. Property is very clean and no expense spared. Self service reception area is excellent with all available amenities.

The unit we got was on 3rd floor and with toddler, it was very difficult to use stairs all the time but it’s not a major inconvenience. Properties at ground, first and second floor are perfect if you have toddler which you have to carry
