Beautiful, stylish, comfortable, and very clean hotel in an amazing and convenient location. The restaurant is fantastic and it is serving the best quality food. The 5 course dinner is a 5 star restaurant level in taste and presentation. Bus stop outside the hotel, walking distance to Jennerbbahn and Konnigsee (about 30 minutes). Lovely grounds with a lot of greenery and a swimming pool. Super friendly staff at the reception and restaurant.

The facilities and staff are wonderful. The staff is helpful, and patient with you especially if your German is non existant. The facilities are clean and kept up very well. Nice sauna options and good sizes. The breakfast is amazing, with options for everyone. The furniture and design is nice and modern in some places and homie and traditional in others. It sounds like it clashes but they blended it well. The views all around are great. From the pool area, it looks like you're looking off a cliff from your lounge chair hot tub and 2 of the saunas have nice windows to enjoy the view. It's a great place for a couple to come and relax but a family can enjoy it as well. I came by myself and the staff treated me very well. If you want a nice stay and a relaxing hotel after a long day of hiking/outdoor activities this place is the place to be.

Amazing place with fantastic wellness area. The saunas are very good. Also the food is very nice, staff absolutely amazing and the room super clean and comfortable.

Hard to get if you‘re not coming by car. Public transportation is very limited, buses coming 4 times/day. I had to take a bus to the stop 1 km away from the hotel and walk uphill all the time which was super intense (having the suitcase as well).

Dinner was exceptionally well cooked. The chef prepared the best wild game dishes we ever tasted. The breakfast choices were good. The rooms are of a good size, with a view. The hotel is very well located in a secluded area very close to main area attractions.

The hotel has an extremely chaotic system of stairs and passages, very confusing. The pool area and saunas are well below pair for the 4-star hotel. The only hotel lift is totally useless as it is not connected to both wings of the hotel. The hotel is certainly understaffed for a 4-star establishment. You need to do steps up or down or through many doors anywhere you go in the hotel.

The property is beautiful! I traveled by train to Berchtesgaden and took a taxi from the station to the hotel. It was a wonderful stay as a solo traveler. The pools and saunas are so nice and the food is also delicious. Beautiful landscape and views of the mountains. I thought the price was very reasonable with all of the available amenities. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Not a lot really. As I didn’t have a car, the hotel is served by bus from the local train station but this operates fairly infrequently so that’s something to bear in mind.

Beautiful spa resort hotel. It felt like a hidden gem. The pride of ownership is so evident. Every part of the hotel has a creative charm to it. The grounds surrounding the pool were immaculate. The food was always a treat.

The hotel is just amazing. I though it was a bit pricey until I actually checked in. After that I was regretting that we had such a short stay planned there, as I wanted to stay longer. - The hotel is surrounded by mountains and has a decently sized territory and an amazing view from literally everywhere. Including the nice view from our room's balcony on the mountains and the valley below. - The room was big with a modern bathroom. A lot of storage space. - There are two swimming pools with an amazing view on the mountains around. There is a huge spa area with saunas, salt room and literally anything else you can imagine. A lot of lounge areas both inside and outside to relax. - The breakfast was outstanding. And, once again, dining areas are located both inside and outside, and the majority of them have a view. I think there is also dinner and snacks included for some of the guests, as there was a dinner selection card available during the breakfast.

We had only a short stay there. Definitely coming back.

Excellent location and very comfortable. Also foot high level and excellent quality.

Room lights could be stronger and maybe a little bit enhanced wine list. However, complain on very high level.

This establishment should have an extra star! Exceptional in every detail and effort. The food, views, service, and hospitality are top class. The wellness offering is unbelievable and unlike anything I have experienced. JUST Wonderful!
