Excellent location. Breakfast was sufficient for me.

That a fee of EUR30 would be charged for late check in. We were driving from north Germany since 7.30 am but after the first few hrs there was so much snow and rain that going was slow. I made it on time but the thought of being charged for being late due to weather conditions was not nice.

The location was great, right in front of the bus stop, it takes ~5min to walk to the lake and there are shops and restaurants nearby. The room was excellent! It had 2 balconies whish was much more then I expected. The Breakfast was great too! Overall I am satisfied with my stay and can recommend the hotel!

The only minus was that walls are too thin and I could here the voices from neighboring room, and it is not pleasant when you try to sleep and it is 2AM in the night. Also I would expect to have a more modern bathroom (with rainshower for example ;) ) in such a beautiful and well designed room :)

Clean facility with very helpful staff who spoke english. Breakfast was good but not amazing, included scrambled eggs which we appreciated. Only downside is they were remodeling so we had some noise from the construction and also the hotel is located right next to the bus parking lot so the view was not as amazing as some other hotels. Look on google earth and you will see what I mean. However, the buses all left by 5pm. In summary, I would stay here again for the price we paid.

No construction but this will solve itself as soon as the remodel is completed.

I stayed for two nights .The breakfasts there were excellent ! Healthy and top quality ! First of all , the sausages were not oily , healthy Greek yogurts provided every day . The fruits were fresh from market , different choices and with top quality . They were not simple bananas and melons . We have nice red delicious appears and fresh nectarines. On the second day we have pears and plums ! Really great tho have these great varieties of top quality fruits provided at your hotel !👍👍👍 Also very good location near the lake !

The small fridge in room 26 was out of order , it did not work .

The room was great and the staff was friendly. The location is perfect. You are 1/4 mile to the Lake and 1/4 mile to the Jennerbahn with close locations to dining. Suggest you eat on the waterfront as it is a perfectly serene location with good food, great beer and very friendly staff.

This is a very distinctive hotel with a very good location. There is a commercial street right outside and the boarding place is just a few minutes' walk away. Parking is very easy and the hotel balcony offers beautiful mountain and river views. When you wake up in the morning, you will be surrounded by beautiful scenery. The hotel is not very newly renovated, but the price is well worth it for the location.

The apartment was very clean with good facilities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provide good parking facilities as well. The location is perfect, close to everything. The breakfast was good enough.

The apartment was on the third floor, so we had to climb three flights of stairs every time. Luckily, we didn’t have any heavy luggage. The view from the balcony could’ve been better. It looks upon the parking area. Considering the price, they could’ve provided air conditioning in the apartment.

the room was great, the location was perfect to visit the Königsee. Around 3km there was a supermarkt and restaurants. the local food and stores around the hotel was great to.

the penthouse suit was in a maze! Took us a long time (carrying luggage and kids) to find it because there was any signs or staff to indicate where was it. It was very hard to find it

Our haven during motorbike visit in Königssee. Had the largest room on the 3rd floor: totally in our own peace. Large clean and comfortable room with all necessities including fridge. Wonderful balcony with view to the nature. Standard breakfast with good coffee. Price quality ratio superb!

Check in added costs to the room above what was disclosed at booking. they provide passes to a swimming pool, however when we went they were only discount passes during the day and can not be used to access the pools in the evening time. They were basically worthless passes. The rooms smelled like smoke.
