- Excellent wooden furniture in the room and warm interiors. - Great facilities at the Hotel, especially the Spa Area. - Superb on site restaurant "Solo Du" and "Biergarten". - Our room had a particularly good view of the mountains. - Excellent breakfast with eggs made to order. - Friendly staff at the Hotel. - Not too far from the main tourist sites, i.e. Obersalzberg (Eagle's Nest), Berchtesgaden Salt Mine and Lake Königssee. - Plenty of parking space at the Hotel and no prior reservation required.

Our room was not cleaned the day after our check-in, which was quite strange, but this could very well have been an oversight. We reported this to the Reception after returning back to the Hotel and they apologized for this. Unfortunately nothing could be done at 8pm at night.

This hotel is one of the most beautiful places we stayed at, loved the design and pool/ sauna. Breakfast was really good!!

Expensive (we paid 100 eur extra for our kids + 350 for the room for one night) Food was really bad at the restaurant and we asked for water 4 times (with that service level you should have taken it away from the bill) pasta was not salted and tasted nothing we paid over 40 eur for truffle pasta that we could not eat)

The hotel is the highlight of our Europe trip. It's located above the town, but the extravagant view of the snowy mountain makes it worthwhile. The staff are so lovely with great support. The restaurant is unique, with Michelin guide recommendations. The view is specular. We love this place and hope to be back there again.

As the hotel is not in the town, so you should have a car to be here.

Beautiful views, peaceful surroundings. Spacious, quiet resort with relaxing atmosphere. Very clean everywhere. Very good breakfasts and restaurant. In our opinion a very good place for a longer stay ... but The hotel is not for everyone, it has its own rules (no minibar and fridge in the room, no TV, minimalist furnishings) and a specific character (lots of wood, focus on nature, slow travelling) but if you know these rules and you like such character then the hotel will be great for you.

The stay was very enjoyable, the comments below are minor and do not affect our overall impression and satisfaction with the stay, rather, it is to point out what can still be improved. 1. There was not enough space in the bathroom to put our cosmetics. 2. The loungers on the balcony are not very comfortable, you have to put a blanket and the situation is better, but they themselves are not perfect. 3. The ice cream in the outdoor bar was very poorly frozen (maybe we were unlucky) and therefore not very tasty.

It is wooden style building, which creates a homey and comfortable atmosphere. The staff team is smiling and friendly. Breakfast is good especially they offer different kind of tea. Surround the hotel, you can do outdoor activities.

Unfortunately we got a bad location for the hotel room. From our window, there is pool and we can see ppl are enjoying their swim but for us, we have to close the curtain for our privacy. It is also quite noisy even at night. The open design of bedroom and shower room can somehow a bit uncomfortable when you travel with friends or older kids thought there is curtain to block.

Loved the restaurant for amazing breakfast buffet with many yogurt options and omelette station and dinner- get the cordon bleu and try every dessert!

We knew going in that there was no A/C. There was a fan provided but the kids were very hot in the loft and it didn’t cool down in the room until very late. Beds were comfortable though.

The property was clean, high scale and the staff was amazing. We loved the food at the resort and the views were amazing! Best breakfast buffet in Europe! The rooms were soundproof as we never heard any other guests during our stay while in the room.

The WiFi had to be reset up every day but that was a minor annoyance.

Beautiful and modern with the most breathtaking views. The staff and service was wonderful. It is a very relaxed place. Families with small kids, with dogs or just couples - no one complaining or bothered by anyone else. Everyone just enjoying their time away.

It was a very hot week and the rooms were a little stuffy. The front desk provided fans which helped.

Beautiful modern hotel with nice rooms, great breakfast and sauna. We were traveling as family with two kids. Restaurant has huge variety of food served during breakfast for allergic people as ourselves.

We were unlucky with weather a bit - it was raining almost all time during our visit. Hence we were not able to enjoy full experience of the hotel - beer garden was not working, outside tables were wet, swimming pool was quite cold to stay longer, etc. During a good weather these things would add even more enjoyment. Bar has no snacks. No kettle, fridge and cutlery in the room.

Every aspect of the entire hotel! We could see the Eagle's Nest from our balcony! The view was incredible. The room was warm, but they gave us two BRAND NEW water cooling fans, which cooled our room nicely. The kids loved their loft. We enjoyed the privacy below. The bathroom was spacious and clean with wonderful amenities like robes, plenty of towels, Q-tips, shampoo, lotions, etc. Breakfast was 5 star, truly. Omelets made to order, fruits, breads, coffees, juices, etc. The grounds were breath-taking. The pool and sauna were clean and enjoyable. The staff was incredibly kind, accommodating, and helpful. The hotel was spotless, like new! It did just open in Nov 2021.

We were disappointed that the outdoor biergarten did run out of most of the food on their menu around 730pm. We did order the burgers and fries they had left, and they were absolutely delicious. Just would have preferred more of a selection that early in the evening. Or the option to order from the indoor menu, but eat outdoors in the casual biergarten area.
