Overall of the hotel is acceptable, fit to the price. Surrounding is calm and quiet where suit to my requirement. The location is also not bad at all. It is away from Konigsee around 30 min by walk, having small grocery store near by with normal price not fancy. The biggest bonus would be Sauna. You can book the time for your private sauna at the reception. I could relax after long hiking and then use massage chair for free, super awesome!! Breakfast is acceptable not very good or very bad. They also have lunch box service with extra paid in case you forget to prepare your lunch box for hiking and it happens to be Sunday where a normal grocery shop is closed. Dinner was good as well.

The room was very nice, with a balcony with garden furniture. We kept the sauna for the evening during our entire stay. It was great because the sauna was for private use without other people ( after booking an appointment. ) All the staff were extremely nice. We felt very comfortable, we had dinner in the restaurant, the prices were normal and the portions were huge and very tasty, the breakfast was very tasty and had everything we like to eat in the morning. Definitely recommend!

Wifi was not so good, but there is Alpen you have what to see .

Nice complex of houses with rooms with nice views on the mountains and balcony. The sauna is well equipped. Nice restaurant with typical music and very good musicians. The parking is easy. The rooms are efficient. A guest card is proposed to receive discount on local activities. Very nice experience of local atmosphere.

The light of the sauna should be repaired because of darkness in the sauna itself. Not enough French croissant 🥐 at the breakfast. Better to tell at the desk that the guest card is free of charge.

The room was clean and had all the things you need - comfy beds, a clean bathroom, and quiet surroundings. The breakfast was great with a variety of foods. We used for a one-night sleepover during the long journey, so the hotel met our expectations. I want to say a big thanks to the employees who even offered to have a snack and drink, even though we arrived quite late.

Hotel Köppeleck is beautifully situated a km walk from the stunning Königssee, there are easy walking tracks to take you there or a bus stop not far away. The hotel is cozy alpine style, the breakfast buffet had plentiful choice, eggs, fresh fruit and bread. The restaurant for dinner was nice too, German alpine cuisine. We had a fantastic few days stay here, so much to see and do, would like to come back.

The bathrooms could use an extractor fan to keep steam out.

This place has a special spot in our hearts. Just 2 miles from everything, Königsee, Jennerbahn, Berchtesgarden, great quiet and serene location. You'll find a well appointed sparkling clean room aaannd to our surprise either a terrace or balcony with comphy garden furniture. After a day of hiking and adventure the perfect place to put your feet up and to relax and enjoy the good air and views into the mountains. Bed is nice and comfy. If you like, you can mingle in the beergarden or have a yummy dinner. In the morning you'll get treaded to a filling breakfast that will keep you going all day. Heading to Berchtesgarden you will owe it to yourself and have a stay at the Köppeleck.

Wonderful place with a beautiful view of the riverside. It was also spacious and incredibly close to the center of the town.

We came in late and u fortunately had to go out to eat a bit further than we had thought. But the worst part is probably the mosquitos flying around. We didn’t have any in the place but once you get outside you are swarmed by them. But that’s not their fault

Breakfast has a lot of deli selections and coffee machine can make a lot of different stuff. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good value compared to surrounding hotels.

The building itself is quite aged. It's a walk to the nearest bus station when you have luggage. Rooms are small and not noise proof.

Love their pillows - the only firm and supportive ones we had throughout the journey. The male receptionist in the afternoon was helpful and prepared takeaway sandwich for us as we needed to leave before breakfast time, which was included in the hotel fee. It’s next to the forest and has a nice view out the window.

Breakfast has good variety and choices. Room was Ok except for the bathroom, which is quite minimum size. Location was nice in the green and not far from the Königsee by car. Walking would have been a bit far in the hot weather which was the case during our stay.

The Chinese receptionist who spoke German very fast with strong Chinese accent to the extent that it´s alomst non-understandable. The check-in process did not make us feel a friendly welcome.
