This was a nice room/B&B outside of Salzburg. We (husband/wife and adult son) stayed for 1 night on a car trip from Salzburg to Vienna. The property is very nice, with comfortable beds. Breakfast was included and it was very good. I would recommend this and stay again.

2 areas of improvement: 1. Add a small frig to the apartment. We were traveling and had some items that needed to be refrigerated and I didn't notice, when booking, there was no refrigerator. We had to throw a couple of things away due to lack of refrigeration. 2. We had a room that was very close to the outside dining area and the street. It was a hot day and there's no air conditioning, so we needed to have all the windows open. The restaurant/outside area was loud at night, and the morning traffic was loud starting early morning. If there was another room for 3 that was more quiet, we would have preferred it.

The hotel was very good, the staff, especially one of the receptionist, was exceptionally helpful with sorting me out for skiing and a spa excursion. The breakfast included, plus meals in the restaurant were excellent and once again the staff were very attentive, though the hotel was a little isolated, the public transport was very near and easy to use

The restaurant was closed Wednesday and Thursday evening and there was no where near by to go.

The breakfast was excellent, the room was spacious, and parking was very convenient. The building and surrounding area were truly beautiful. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

The sofa bed was not very comfortable. However, the main issue was the noise at night. Around 11:00 p.m., people at the restaurant were extremely loud and inconsiderate, which made it very difficult for our children to sleep. This was a major inconvenience.

Cute hotel with free parking right in front. The room was spacious with nice bed mattresses. The breakfast was good and all the staff was very kind. We were a bit unlucky cause our room was on the detached building right on the street with no balcony, so we had car noise and couldn't leave the windows open. The room was a bit plain of decoration.

Perfect spacious rooms. My wife and me traveled with our 9 year old girl, and although we booked a single room for three, it was more 2 rooms separated by a small wall.

Breakfast was a bit lackluster and the personel in the restaurant wasn't too friendly.

Very nice place to stay although it was stopover for us. Spacious room, great area, no problem with parking. Restaurant was quite busy in the evening, so couldn’t stay on terrase but it was no big deal for us. Nice and friendly atmosphere around. Good breakfast.

Missing small fridge in room and electric kettle for coffee or tea.

Superfriendly staff, restaurant, breakfast as part of the price. The hotel is located in a very calm neighborhood. Perfect starting point for all kinds of trips in the area.

Extra bed for our kids was not comfortable.

The evening we arrived there was a band playing live austrian music on the terrace, we really enjoyed that. The room and breakfast were good enough for one night stay.

No AC in the room, but it got cool enough with the windows open.

The staff were very helpful, communication was clear. Not a large selection but good breakfast. Spacious carpark.

The road noise was very loud in the room. Sounds from other rooms were louder than expected, too. The bed was too soft.

A restaurant in the hotel and nice breakfast. Since we came in the evening, we foud out that they have a family restaurant in the house, which was very convenient, because the children were hungry and needed something to eat.

The floor in the room was not very clean.
