The accommodation is connected to the venue where I have attended a conference and this made the location perfect. We walked to the city center and to the vineyards close by. Parking is available and the location is very quiet. Rooms were very clean and daily cleaning was well done.

Additional services provided are kept at a minimum. Drinking water is provided at the reception which is a good thing, it worked out very well. On the other hand the room is not equipped with a kettle and heated water can't be provided by the hotel unless you buy tea. I found this very frustrating for a 4 * hotel. Even if it's not mandatory to provide a kettle, it is a clear feeling that everything is kept at minimum. We tried to turn on the AC, but the cold air was not functioning. We stayed with the window open and it was fine.

Good sized room and bathroom with plenty of light looking out onto greenery. Comfortable and clean. Close to the ancient city of Trier - including Roman archaeology and museum which we visited (worth looking at multiple site ticket). Very friendly bar lady chatted with us and gave us information about local attractions. Very pleasant atmosphere in the reception area and availability of refillable water bottles and water a great idea. Easy to cycle from the hotel to the city or along the Mosel river on excellent cycle paths. Many options to eat or drink. Really enjoyed our stay here.

It was very warm at night but it wasnt a big problem for us. I could have used a clothes iron in the room - this may have been available on request but I didnt check that.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Parking garage accessible by elevator from the hotel very practical. A few bikes were available for guests, free of charge. Otherwise, it was an easy 10-minute walk the historic city center.

Only 4 bikes available. Limited parking spaces in the garage, which were not reservable. Best to arrive early and try to get a space. Narrow parking spaces. Didn't feel breakfast was worth the price - found it better to go to town and eat there.

The Vienna House Easy is perfectly pleasant. The easily accessible parking garage, the friendly staff, and the breakfast selection all combined to make our single night stay just what we needed.

The only thing, and this is probably getting too picky, is that the lighting in the bathroom only had a single overhead fixture, making the vanity mirror less than flattering / useful.

The staff was phenomenal, as was the cleanliness, maintenance of the building. The staff needs another mention as every question we had was well answered. We enjoyed the bikes, the brilliant breakfast and the quietness of our stay. We enjoyed walking into town on the garden house paths. We would highly recommend your hotel.

Very helpful staff, great location, clean and spacious rooms, good breakfast. We liked very much the initiative to provide free drinking water.

Water temperature in the shower fluctuates, rooms do not have any tea/coffee making facilities contrary to the description on Booking.com and the hotel websites, pillows can be less stuffed

Well designed, nice atmosphere. The location was good for me—outside the old city, 12 minutes walking distance from the south Trier train station. The evening staff were friendly and helpful, and the rental bikes made my stay even better.

The doors slamming kept waking me up. I wish that they could be quieter. The back stairwell, which I prefer to take than elevator, smelled like cigarette smoke.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, and the family room was very spacious, especially by European standards. Nice breakfast. Great to have free guest parking on premises. Nice shower.

Is waking distance to town, but it's farther than I had expected (15 min or so). Not much going on near the hotel itself, so to go out to eat you have to plan on getting to town. Would have been fine if it hadn't been raining so much during our stay ;-). Communication with hotel ahead of time was sometimes challenging, emailing was best way to coordinate.

The staff were fantastic and were very helpful when I needed assistance when I wasn't feeling well. It was perfect for training at ERA.

It was pretty hot and the ACs weren't that great but I would go back there.

Warm welcome, excellent breakfast choice, a bar open in the evenings. Location is out of the city centre but easy to find.

As I’m paying to stay at the hotel, I shouldn’t have to pay for parking as well.
