Good location, room was comfortable

Bathroom was very small and seemed like an after thought. The parking is expensive and not free for customers even thought it is their own parking lot. There was a piece of plastic litter left under the bed in the room. The self service drinks and food were way overpriced. (~4€ for a small can of Coke) it seemed like they are just trying to extort their own customers. Also the car parking machine takes only cash if you want to pay by card you have to go to reception but this is not a problem.

For a simple business hotel, the hotel and its facilities were exactly what one might hope for. Basic but clean. And perfect for a two night stay. However I would not recommend it for longer stays. The rooms have proper sound proof walls although sometimes sounds from the street below does waft in. Very comfortable beds. They have a good parking facility. And a decent lobby bar.

I did not like the staffs. Probably because I am a hotelier myself and coming from a 5 star hotel career I expect a certain standard of hospitality from the front office staff. The staff simply look uninterested or unhappy working there. The first evening I had to deal with a very weird bar keeper lady who simply pretended she can’t neither see nor hear me. In an empty bar. I tried talking to her 3 times with no acknowledgment while she could clearly see and respond to my friends. Selective myopia is not recommended or appreciated in a bartender. Staff training is highly encouraged.

From the minute I walked in I was greeted with a smile. The gentleman was very welcoming! Very accommodating about storing our bikes in the garage or in our rooms. All the staff I encountered during our stay were very friendly. We did not eat at the hotel so can't comment on that. The location is superb. Easily accessible by metro. Walking distance to shops. The air conditioner worked great!

Would have preferred if the hotel had a bike rack for storing bikes in the garage and a refrigerator in the room.

Was traveling for work and passing through Nuremberg for the evening. The Premier Inn was the perfect place to stay for a night. The room was tidy, the amenities are good, and the staff is excellent.

We changed rooms once because the mattress was too soft for my husband. The mattress in the second room was marginally better. In general, I'd say the mattresses are on the softer scale, so if you're looking for a firm mattress - this might not work for you. Additionally, we discovered 3 silverfish in our room over the course of the evening: 1 in the towel, 1 in the curtains, and 1 on the ceiling. Not a huge red flag for me, but not the best.

The guy and lady at reception were great. Very positive and helpful. A huge thank you to both of them. Quiet, safe. Comfortable. The location is good. Convenient hotel car park. Good Wi-fi.

Breakfast is standard. But I wanted hot oatmeal. Coffee did not please. Before breakfast coffee, water - you can drink only instant coffee in the room. In the room - you need to bring your own slippers and shampoo/conditioner. There are towels, soap and shower gel. The hairdryer is not for styling, of course)

Upon arrival the staff was very friendly and accommodating to my needs for an earlier check-in. The room was very nice, with an enclosed toilet and separate shower. I really liked the design of the room. I enjoyed the quiet in my room. I slept through the night without being awakened by any noises.The breakfast was very nice and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The checkout was late at 12:00 so that gave me time to relax and gather my things. I also liked that I was close to the Ubahn Station and line U2 is connected both to the airport and the main train station.

There's nothing I did not like.

Pros: close to the airport (3 metro stops) and metro station. Silence at night. Sufficient light in the room and bathroom. The mattress and pillows were ok, the sheets clean. Large screen flat-screen TV. Warm in the room but you can not regulate the temperature. Price ok. Good and constant signal on wi-fi. All in all, the final grade is 8 out of 10, but if they paid more attention to cleaning the room, they could have a higher grade.

Cons: poor cleanliness. The carpet didn't look well cleaned/vacuumed. The bathroom with a sliding door of frosted glass, direct access from the room (in the hallway was the room with the toilet bowl) bothered you at night if your partner turned on the light in the bathroom. They didn't clean the mugs or fill out the tea bags. For two days they didn't put liquid soap at the sink, I had to tell them twice to give me a full supply. Insufficient storage space for two people with two backpacks. I could not pay with the embossed debit card although I use it all over the world, including Germany went to any store, train station, restaurant, etc. Poor quality toilet paper.

Horel very comfortable. The rooms are quiet, nice, and very functional. The staff is friendly. We didnt try the breakfast. It was not included. The hotel is not in the city center, but is just in front of metro/underground (50 meters) station. With this metro you can reach the center in 10 minutes, and the airport also in 10 minutes. The price of single metro ticket is 3.40 eur

Nothing. Only one strange thing. The elevator only allows you to go to the floor of your room. Thus, if you have friends in another floor, is impossible to arrive there with the elevator. You have to take the stairs. Good for your health!

Big standard hotel. Nothing very special. I think the renovation is quite fresh. Big parking just in front of the back door for 8eur per 24h. Very simple access from the highway. Super convenient public transport to the city center by direct U-Bahn. So looking at the map the location seems to be not nice but in reality, it is very very good. If you are by car and you need to make a stop for a night or maybe spend more time to see the city - a perfect place.

The room cost was 55 eur which is perfect. But the optional breakfast price was if I remember correctly 16 euros per person. Come on. 55 for the room and 32 for the breakfast? It seems to be a bit unbalanced.

The cleanliness, the room, the comfortable beds. The breakfast was rich and varied. The breakfast team Roxana and Ana Maria were present to help anyone who had needs, always smiling and with kind and beautiful words.

One of the receptionists, I didn't catch his name, left us waiting at the reception while other guests checked in before us who arrived after us. It is neither professional nor fair to discriminate between guests.
