I wasn’t keen on the music played during the day around the pool. It was too intrusive - loud jazz with drum beats and trumpets. If music must be played then should be more calming and relaxing in keeping with the chilled pool ambience.

A family run business, situated in a quiet neighbourhood, provided a haven of tranquility after a day of exploring Crete. An easy local bus ride (1.20 euros) took us into the Old Town for dinner & sunset when more action was required. It was immaculately clean & the management and staff totally there to ensure guest comfort. Excellent chef & cocktail maker on hand also …. Thank you guys! Oh … super clean swimming pool & pleasant gardens to relax in.

I could not understand why there was a charge to use the safe - which was in every room anyway. That irked my husband no end! However, our things were very safe in the room. I especially loved that it was out of the city yet easy to access by bus or taxi.

Amazing pool area with comfy sunbeds. Clean room and friendly staff. Very good food in the restaurant - breakfast, lunch and dinner. Good service. Reasonable priced drinks. All in all super happy with our stay. Would go again! If you go, eat, drink and relax! Try the massage - the massage therapist was very proffessional.

In the bathroom there was no space for example makeup bag / haircare products etc to put down so I kept my stuff on the floor. Warm / hot water was limited as there was no hot water in time to time. Electricity is not working if the key is not in it’s place so the room is quite hot after a day and you cant charge your phone during the day if you are away.

The property was very very nice with a beautiful garden and an amazing pool. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The are doing all their best to make this place feeling like home. We had the breakfast included and all I can say is that it was delicious, generous and with a high variety of products. Basically, it was impossible to not find something suitable for your preferences. The room was clean and the sheets were changed every day. We had a very nice stay, that’s why we want to thank once again to every staff member and strongly recomand the place. The restaurant is also very nice, with tasty food served in a fine dining style. Don’t miss the opportunity to taste them.

I can’t complain about anything.

We have just spent a week in this wonderful hotel, staying in the 215 zeus suite with a private pool and balconies. We have never booked a hotel with less than 5 stars before but took a chance on this one. Well what can I say other than we were blown away! Firstly the staff, everyone from the moment you arrive are so welcoming and helpful, nothing is too much. We checked in early at no extra cost and settled straight into our stay with a welcome drink at the bar. Our room was huge, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a lounge/dining area. There was everything you need for your stay including robes and slippers and toiletries. The food was amazing, both the breakfast and the meal we had in the restaurant. There was so much choice at breakfast and they were so kind catering for my gluten free needs, bringing me my own selection everyday. A special mention to the lady in charge of the omelettes, delicious!! We have stayed in crete before, at the supposedly amazing Stella Island resort and I can say with confidence this hotel out did that in every way. At this hotel you are their guest and made to feel welcome from the moment you book, emailing to check requirements or needs you may have. You are getting a 5 star experience in hospitality simply minus the price tag. The perfect relaxation spot for couples or adults alike. The location is also brilliant, we enjoyed a walk into old town chania exploring the streets and harbour. The local area is full of wonderful restaurants and lovely beaches to explore. You really are getting it all with this hotel

The only slight improvement would be the bathroom, take out the bath as it has no plug anyway and instal a walk in shower.

Amazing pool area, scrumptious breakfast, great cocktails, friendly staff, convenient location, stunning beaches nearby and LGBT friendly. Overall we had an amazing time and we would love to come back.

Could have more vegan options. The double room was slightly dated and we had a bit of an issue with hot water (we did manage to solve it). Unfortunately the restaurant was not open for dinner which was not listed when we booked (the restaurant was part of why we booked this place).

I had a fantastic stay at this wonderful hotel in Greece! The rooms were much larger than expected, spacious, and well-appointed. The complex is beautiful, with a stunning pool that was perfect for relaxing. The staff was exceptional, always friendly and available, making us feel right at home. The food at the hotel was top-notch, with a wide selection that catered to all needs. The breakfast was also of excellent quality, offering a variety of options to start the day off right. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. I will definitely be back!

The staff, location and hotel facilities were great. The staff really made the whole stay feel seamless and spending time at the restaurant or the pool was always a great experience. It's easy to go to nearby restaurants and beaches, which was really nice too.

The amenities in the room were maybe a bit under what you would expect for a nice hotel like this one. For example, no iron and limited toiletries.

The staff were incredible. They were the most accommodating team i have ever seen. They were always there to help, and went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable. We are vegan, and they would custom make us food every morning that wasn’t part of the buffet, and on our last day as we were leaving early the next morning they prepared us a bag of breakfast food to take away with pastries, fruit and sandwiches! A special shoutout to Ramona who ran the restaurant at breakfast and lunch most days. She was so good at making sure we had food and were happy! The pool is also really lovely, and the location is great - a 5 min walk to the bus station to get into town which comes every 15 mins.

Staff friendly and helpful, pool area and breakfast area was spacious, clean and well maintained.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable , cleaned every day with a change of towels, there was a nice little kitchen area with fridge. The only negative was the bathroom, which was a bit dated, with a small bath tub which had step in to get a shower. There was no shelving to store toiletries etc.
