Perfect hotel, part of the Small Luxury Hotels group. Situated on the Thessaloniki seafront. The hotel occupies a restored old building from the early 20th century. The interiors have been beautifully resorted, paying homage to the old bourgeois city of the early to mid 1900s. A unique small, luxury hotel, in a heavily urban and densely populated area. An oasis of charm, quality, and good living. The wonderful Olympos Naoussa restaurant serves upscale “Greek urban cuisine” and is NOT to be missed. Rooftop bar with lovely views, drinks and snacks works from June, 1pm till late. Rooms are very comfortable, beautifully arranged. Utterly functional as well. Very comfortable beds. In room massage service also available. Wonderful sea views of the port and beyond. My balcony was quite spacious, a lovely way to start the day with a coffee. Breakfast is served in the courtyard. Lively Greek/mediterranean options. With ottoman style sweets and pastries to boot. The cooked egg dishes you can order are exceptional. Service— exceptional. Top notch. From check in to check out, this is a team that is there to help and be of service—- something quite rare these days. Thank you! They were kind enough to offer a room upgrade, and facilitate an early check in. Made my stay that more wonderful. I am not staying anywhere else in Thessaloniki anymore!

The breakfast buffet tables are overcrowded of dishes (unattractive presentation and lack of hygienic measures) not even leaving space for clean service cutlery and kitchen tongs. The latter are randomly laying on the fresh cuts (see photo) after having been held and used by others. I found this to be very unhygienic as the next person will inevitably also touch the meat cuts as did the person before you did. Also, in regard to food waste, my preferred way of dining in a 5-star environmentis is clearly: "less is more", and "quality before quantity". I have expected more (clearly marked) local products, and more organic products.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times during my travels between London and Greece, and it’s truly one of my favorite hotels in the world. The exceptional service and warm atmosphere keep bringing me back. This place feels like a home away from home!

This was, without exaggeration, one of the finest hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like royalty their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine warmth made us feel not just welcomed but truly cared for. Every single interaction from reception to housekeeping to the restaurant team was flawless. The cleanliness of this property is absolutely unmatched. The rooms sparkled as if no one had ever stayed in them before. Every corner of the hotel, from the lobby to the smallest details in the room, exuded luxury and perfection. The scent, the décor, the immaculate arrangement all were beyond five-star standards

Honestly, there is nothing negative to say. This property exceeded every expectation and redefined luxury for us. If anything, the only ‘downside’ is that we had to leave

It is a real Boutiqe hotel just in front of the sea. We came for a relaxing vacation in Thessaloniki and we got it all- beutifull sunsets, good restaurents, markets and street food, colture and history, nightlife, all accesible thanks to the amazing location of the hotel. So many thanks to the ON hotel management and staff that were all into making our vacation successfull in countless ways. And Don't miss the massage in-room.. We can hardly wait till the next vacation in this wonderful hotel!!

I loved the location, the luxury and how clean it was. The staff were helpful, the food for breakfast was lovely and the welcome package in my room was amazing!

I did have an incident where the room was accessed by housekeeping, while I was in the room relaxing. There was no knock at the door, just an announced entrance. I called reception straight away and asked if anyone had access to the room besides me and they advised it would have been housekeeping and I should have put the do not disturb function on. While they did apologise, and I agree the do not disturb function can be on, housekeeping should have knocked - also I had JUST checked into the room, so there would not have been a reason to access it for housekeeping purposes. It made me feel quite unsafe throughout my stay.

Overall, this hotel is exceptional. It is understated but with excellent attention to detail in all aspects. The room was bright and airy with high ceilings, and the bathroom was very modern and spacious with an excellent shower. The standout feature was the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. This was very apparent in the rooftop bar and main restaurant (for breakfast or dinner)

For what we wanted and the price we paid, we felt that there was very little to improve on. If we were being picky, the evening turndown service could have been more consistent.

Staff was very helpful and gentle. Breakfast was excellent. A hot dishes menu (excellent) compliments the breakfast buffet. The location was great and our room had a beautiful balcony with sea view. Bathroom was exceptional and quite large.

The mattress was not that good, I believe it was a springs one and not as comfortable as I wanted it. Breakfast was very good BUT: A great breakfast never serves cold spanakopitta or mpougatsa. I believe this should be considered a crime and people should go to jail for this!😆 Some noise from the street occasionally reaches the room (ours was on the 5th floor) but when you shut the balcony door, is gone.

Wow, we knew it would be nice, but we were very surprised by the level of service and our room. I loved their breakfasts; I think they would make you anything you wanted. The location is absolutely perfect; literally close to everything and an easy walk to dozens of sights and fabulous restaurants. If you drive they will take care of your car and it is very easy to get into and out of town. I am so glad we stumbled upon this gem.

I had a very good experience at this hotel. Everything was clean and well taken care of, and the staff were kind, friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location is another highlight — right on the promenade, perfect for walks and close to the White Tower. I was also pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful gesture of providing a small bed and bowls for my dog, which made us both feel very welcome. It’s a lovely place where I would be happy to return.
