The Met Hotel is simply exceptional. The design is modern, minimalist, and elegant. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly welcomed — they even surprised me with a birthday cake without me saying anything. A thoughtful and touching gesture. Everything is designed with the guest’s comfort in mind. The staff are incredibly kind, always smiling, professional, and ready to find solutions. Nothing is ever a problem — everything becomes a solution. You genuinely feel seen and valued. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable. Whether it’s the rooms, common areas, or the poolside, everything is spotless and perfectly maintained. It creates an immediate sense of comfort and trust. The rooftop pool was a great surprise: a relaxed atmosphere with music, and above all, a huge pool — something rare in the middle of Thessaloniki. A real treat and a highlight of the stay. The underground parking is another major plus. I had previously stayed at a hotel of similar standing in the city center, without parking, and it was quite stressful. Here, everything is smooth, convenient, and relaxing. Although the hotel isn’t located right in the city center, it’s only a 2-minute drive away — so it’s extremely accessible, without the noise and chaos of being directly downtown. In short: a perfect stay in a luxurious, clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed hotel. I will definitely return — and I’ll be booking well in advance!

The hotel is located near the port, outside the city's strict centre, but offers easy access to it through public transport or the hotel bus. It has a modern, and functional design. The room was spacious and clean, with long, comfortable beds and big balcony. The bathroom was also spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered a variety of local food, which was fresh and tasty. The staff was very friendly and helpful - we asked for an electric kettle which wasn't provided as standard in the room, and we got one. We also appreciated having access to an indoor swimming pool:)

There are no words to describe how interesting and impressive the hotel is. I loved the atmosphere, the ambiance and the design. Starting with the breakfast: perfect, especially the outdoor area, a feeling of privacy, comfort and relaxation, ideal for a relaxing morning. The staff was always attentive, helpful and smiling. My room did not disappoint, it perfectly met my expectations.

Sometimes the noise outside was a bit to much but totally understandble. Regarding the location, it is a pitty that it is a little far from the city center, but the hotel makes up for it with the pool on the top floor of the hotel, perfect for spending the morning or late afternoon.

The hotel was nice and staff was very kind! They had a shuttle to take to the city center almost every hour and that was really appreciated. Close to the hotel there are two shopping centers with very good prices!

Nevertheless, the cleaning of the rooms were not very satisfactory but when you call room service for cleaning they come immediately. To be a five stars hotel I would have expected at least a coffee macchine in the room or tea boiler! While we were having the conference people were working outside for an event and the hall environment lacked work safety so it was difficult also to use facilities. I believe that the cost for room per night does not correspond to the quality of the services they give.

Rooftop pool and bar was great. The staff was super helpful and nice.

A few small things, there must have been a design error of the bathtub in the bathroom because every time we showered there was a lot of water running down on the floor from the side of the bathtub. Also, there was no water (in shower nor in sink) during one evening but this was fixed after 30 minutes. The sound proofing of the room doors can be improved, you hear everything from the corridor and can easily be woken up by people talking in the corridor.

It's a true 5 star hotel. It has everything and the rooftop pool is just amazing! Personally I liked the underground parking filled with F1 statistics on the walls, but that's just me. We went in with our dog (which you have to pay for) and when we went to our room, a hotel employee was already there with a little dog bed, recipients for food and water and a little treat. To be honest, you deserve a 6 star rating for this 😊 All in all, excellent value for the money that we paid.

It would be nice if you put 2 chairs and a small table on the balcony.

Staff were very polite and welcoming. They gave us lots of good advice on were to explore in town. Breakfast buffet was superb with excellent service. Pool facilities were great, with 360 view of the city. Hotel free shuttle was very good for getting to town. Room was excellent, very comfortable bed, spacious and clean. In a quiet area. Very relaxing stay and lovely hotel.

Due to the location we needed to book taxis to go out to dinner and come back, as the shuttle stopped at 6, however the hotel were very good at arranging these for us, and they arrived quickly. Taxis were only €4 -6 each way. Booking.com was a bit odd to use, as we thought we'd booked for a room for two people, but then needed to adapt the booking and pay extra for a second person. However the hotel arranged a free upgrade for us.

Excellent hotel, with very attentive staff. The breakfast is exceptionally good, with a wide range of dood, including Greek specialities. fantastic roof terrace, with a lovely pool and a well stocked bar.

The nightclub right outside the hotel. On Friday and Saturday nights, the noise started at 0100 and continued thumping away until 0500. The hotel is located a 20 minute walk away from town, with not much in the way of bars or restaurants nearby. The shuttle bus was a bit hit or miss, in terms of the days it was running. At least the taxis were cheap.

It is an excellent hotel, unfortunately in not a good location. However, if you come for business, rely on taxi or shuttle provided by hotel, the location is not a major problem. Actually, the location does not look nice but it seems to be safe. The center of the city with its tourist promenade is just 2 km away. The hotel is really enjoyable, it has a nice modern design, everything functional, it is clean and well maintained. It has a very nice swimming pool on its roof that is big enough to allow swimming. I stayed 7 nights and liked it. I am sure I would stay again.

Super nice breakfast with a lot of options and several Greek delicacies to try! The spa is also nicely equipped with a swimming pool with several water jets, jacuzzi and steamed bath. The rooms are tidy and modern. The staff is extremely helpful and efficient.

The hotel surroundings are not the nicest area of Thessaloniki. The rooftop swimming pool open hours could be revisited: you can only swim until 18:00, since they need to prepare the area for dining.
