we loved the building, the room, the room service was really good. it is a weird location, there is nothing walking distance, but we found uber in Guatemala cheap, so moving around was easy, at least on sunday because I have heard there is plenty of traffic the rest of the week.

the tv is very old and the colors changed often. the pipes made a lot of noise, not a big problem because they were not used so frequently but it was loud. there was some noise from the highway but I am a light sleeper and I felt well rested. the person at the check in wasn’t the nicest but the rest of the staff really was. also the noise in the hallway was very loud in the room, but not such a problem because they were not many people around at night even though the hotel was completely booked.

Nice property but traffic is bad because of its location and during the day there is always traffic and sometimes you have to go a long way in the wrong direction to turn around.

Pricey

The size of the room, the comfortable bed. The staff from those in the restaurant to the bell boys were really friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was really good.

The location means that you're unable to walk outside of the hotel because the main highway (pan American highway) has no sidewalk/pavement for pedestrians. You need to use a taxi or car. Note that the room does not have a fridge.

Beautiful hotel gave me medieval vibes ( dark hallways with deamed lights).Bed was very comfortable and the room was big.Staid here last night of our trip since it was close to the airport. Check in was fast and easy. Morning of departure, the front desk staff helped us get a taxi to the airport.Had dinner at their restaurant and it was really good too.

the colonial style was enchased by the decorations and the art work shown. the gardens were magnificent and the waterfalls very soothing. tThe staff were so welcoming and very well trained. the gift shop on location was excellent. the breakfast was wonderful and the restaurant excellent as well. the coffee shop provided a good way to just have something light. The hotel is way to relax in beauty.

Room was spacious. Property was spacious and easy to access. Staff was courteous, professional and attentive to every request. Breakfast buffet was appetizing. Would definitely stay again.

Bed was a little more firm than I prefer. Small washcloths not provided.

Beautiful hotel , nice colonial style, location is very good away from crowded centre meantime very close by taxi to centre and to airport, as to me location was perfect.Always will be staying in this hotel

The space of the room, the clean bathroom, the beautiful nature, the delicious food from the restaurant.

The restaurant is not well decorated, and it looks dark. The restaurant personnel is not very friendly.

The hotel was gorgeous and the staff was very kind and well informed.

I wish someone would have explained to us from the get go how to turn the lights on in the room. Seems that it was an unconventional system I was not familiar with.

The service at the restaurant was very good specis Mr Stiven, he was very professional and efficient at work. We appreciate very much his attentions.
