I just want to let you know that the people at the property are kind and it was my wife's birthday and Miss Angelica sent a very nice congratulatory greeting to my wife. Mr. Miguel and the staff at the Cafetal restaurant also sang my wife's birthday. It was a very nice day. Thank you.

I just want to let you know that the people at the property are friendly. Until I had an experience, the Cafetal restaurant had my bill open, but I paid for a breakfast at the restaurant for a guest that I brought, and then I discussed it with Angelica if I had the bill open. But the next day, June 22, I felt harassed by the group of restaurant managers. Mr. Javier called me to ask for the receipt that I had paid.

It was a beautiful stay. Kind and friendly staff. Great beds. Amazing shower and bathroom. Good location. It was luxurious. But price-quality, its a bit pricey in comparisson to other stays in Guatemala. But it was lovely, the rooms are very spacious and charming if you like the antique style (not modern style ). It was very neat and the breakfast buffet was really good. Also dinner options are nice. Also room service was very delicious food.

The massage wasn't my cup of tea but that's very subjective. it was a very friendly person who gave it to me. So i am grateful. The swimmingpool was very nice but crowded and quite noisy. So less peaceful then expected. In general price versus quality is a bit overpriced in comparisson to other places in Guatemala.

We liked the big pool, the comfy beds and the restaurant Gianni's right next to the hotel. The fitness was also very nice. Breakfast buffet was big and had everything we wished for.

The music by the pool was too loud. Additionally we thought that the prices of the food on the menu by the pool were too expensive for what it was, but the food was good.

I loved the premises and location. Very clean and attentive staff. I traveled with my daughter and she enjoyed the pool and breakfast. I would come back any time. The Westin exceeded my expectations.

On several occasions I found that the staff at the front desk were not very helpful. Whenever I asked them a question about facilities or rooms they said they did not know the answer, but they never offered to find the answer. Although a conference was occurring at the hotel the front desk staff never knew when and where events were being held. I had tried to book a meeting room for one of my days three months ahead of the conference but I never got a confirmation or price until the day of my meeting. I did not learn the room number until an hour before my meeting began, which made it difficult to coordinate the meeting with participants.

The hotel is beautiful. We stood just one night due to a missed flight. We checked in after 9pm. and asked for a late check out at 4 pm. We had to pay $60 extra, but the staff was accommodating.

I would have liked it if you offered late check out for those who check in late due to emergencies like mine. Or a cheaper price if checking in as late as I did.

Best hotel where I have been in Guatemala city, excellent location with a supermarket, a mall, a Main avenue and restaurants close. The breakfast was outstanding due to the variety and good taste. I loved that they immediately applied a feedback I provided which means that they really care for their guests. Really clean rooms, and comfortable pillows

Elevators from parking to lobby smelled really Bad.

There seemed to be a restaurant associated with the hotel though I am not completely sure. It had an Italian name. I ordered grilled vegetables- thinking they would be fresh grilled as I have had them in Spain and other places. Instead they were cooked vegetables and I should have sent them back, but hate making a fuss. The next two days I had diarrhea.

O really enjoyed my time there , next I will staying for 2 weeks. Was the perfect place for I will recommend to my friends.

The hotel has a classical style, big rooms and very comfortable beds. The breakfast has a great variety of choices and high-quality ingredients.

The carpet in the rooms makes them feels a bit outdated.
