Overall Experience: The stay at the hotel was highly satisfactory. The property is well-maintained, facilities are modern and functional and service delivery consistently met or exceeded expectations. Staff and Service: The hotel staff were excellent throughout our stay., demonsrtating a high level of professionalism, attentiveness and courtesy. Staff were consistently helpful and proactive, ensuring that any requests or concerns were addressed promptly and effectively. Their customer-first approach significantly contributed to the positive overall experience. Of particular note were Chef Arun, Chef Vishnu, and Mr. Jay, the restaurant manager, who went out of their way to ensure an exceptional dining experience. Their hospitality, attention to detail and willingness to accommodate special requests significantly enhanced the overall guest experience and the trio deserve special commendation. Rooms and Cleanliness: Guest rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Housekeeping maintains a high standard with timely servicing and attention to detail. Amenities provided were of good quality and adequately replenished. Facilities and Amenities: The hotel offers a range of amenities. The dining options were varied and of good quality with efficient service during meal periods. Location and Accessibility: The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to (business district / tourist attractions / transport links, etc.). This hotel is highly recommended for (business/leisure) travelers seeking comfort, service quality and convenient location. The standout feature was the exceptional staff, who elevated the experience beyond expectations.

We had a very memorable and pleasant stay at the Hilton hotel for nearly a week in March 2025. The weather outside was very hot and humid, so the hotel became our place of rest and relaxation throughout the entire stay. The Garden Grille restaurant is very good with a lot of nice food options, including the dinner buffet. Mr Jai was especially helpful to us as well as waiter Sandesh. Chef Arun made freshly squeezed juices for my daughter and catered to whatever requests we made. At the reception Mr Abhishek was also very helpful and friendly. Most importantly the General Manager Mr Rishabh was very very friendly and nice with us. He even gifted books to my daughter which was a very pleasant surprise. We all felt very well taken care of and nicely pampered. Will definitely recommend this hotel to families as well as solo/business travellers. The location is also quite central and the rooms are quite spacious and comfortable.

Our stay was made by the staff - wonderful and genuinely helpful and friendly! Trivandrum is a busy, crazy, amazing city to explore, but when you walk through the doors at the Hilton you are met with cool, calm and serenity which is much needed after a busy day. The hotel itself is exactly what you would expect from a Hilton / international hotel - good facilities and very clean. Breakfast was delicious and varied. The hotel bar was fun and the bar staff excellent. Akhil (front of house staff) was so helpful with restaurant recommendations and reservations, taxi bookings and generally answering all of our many questions with a smile on his face! Thank you to all the staff for making this final leg of our trip feel so special!

The pillow is a little high for me so a choice would be nice, but I am being very picky here!

Dining was a good experience. The outcome was positive on every occasion. Food was delicious. The location is good with easy access to transportation. Staff were polite and helpful.

The hotel management should consider replacing the bath towels with better water absorption ones. The flooring at the entrance of the shower area is made up of cushion material and was found cracked, hazardous if not mindful. The management should identify these faults and resolve them ASAP.

Pretty good "western" standards throughout, as you'd expect at a Hilton. Lots of good quality food choices at breakfast & across the all day menu/restaurant

This seemed to be the same everywhere, not just the Hilton, but practical information about how to get out/about, who to trust, how to book trips etc seemed difficult to come by. Websites are awful, lots of waffle & won't take UK payment methods/cards & the reception staff didn't really help as much as I'd hoped they might have. The attitude very much was... yes, you just have to travel for hours, potentially pay money upfront and hope these places will be open, wing it. It just made things a bit exhausting/slightly unenjoyable & limiting, given India is so huge - you can't really get up at 3am and pay £200 for somebody to drive you 5hrs to a nature reserve on the hope you might be able to get in - greater support making arrangements would be appreciated

Good location. A great coffee shop “Poetree” a couple of minutes walk. Wonderful staff. Attentive but not too much. Eager to please and incredible kitchen team. Special shout out to Sateesh Mani, pastry chef, for his excellent pastries, cakes and service.

I was assigned room 721 on arrival at 4am. The 7th floor had a damp odor and that room was malodorous. Felt more like a 1-2 star room. We were graciously reassigned a room in the 4th floor and stayed there until check out. I had to pay for 2 extra days because of a 11 hour ‘early’ arrival at 4am and a 10.5 hour ‘late’ departure at 1030pm. The flights are scheduled this way and beyond my control so it would be good to be credited for one day.

The restaurant has made some exciting updates to their entire menu, making breakfast here even more enjoyable compared to my last visit. The vegetarian dishes were delicious, showing that they weren’t just prepared for the sake of it, but with genuine care and thoughtfulness. The positive attitude of the entire F&B staff (Chef Asmeet, Vishnu, Sateesh, Arul, Veera, Jayakartic, Sruthimal and the rest of the team) also made the breakfast experience even more joyful.

It would be great to see more protein options on the menu. The daily chicken roast could be replaced with grilled chicken or fish, which would likely be more appealing. Additionally, instead of serving sausages in water, grilled sausages would be much preferred.

Cosy room, loved the swimming pool. Felt safe as a solo female traveller. Staff in the hotel were always nice. Greeted me even when I’m just waiting for the lift. Very gracious people in the breakfast area too, always smiling. Nice place to be at.

Breakfast spread seemed like a lot but at a closer look, there were more chutneys and curries than dishes. But it was still good! They changed the menu slightly everyday.

Hilton Trivandrum is a very good property with excellent facilities and service. However, it is located quite far from the airport, which makes it less convenient for transit travelers. On the other hand, the hotel’s location near downtown is ideal for tourists, as it provides easy access to explore the city’s main attractions. A great choice if you are visiting Trivandrum for leisure.

I didn’t explore much of the hotel, so it’s difficult for me to comment on what I didn’t like.

Fantastic breakfast, staff like Fejith @ the bar, restaurant, lady with the glasses @ the restaurant & everyone else were always accommodating & helpful.

Bed & pillows - too hard & stiff - needs to be refreshed as per usual Hilton international standards.After Hilton , I stayed at South Park which is more than 25 yrs old & the bedding, pillow was super comfortable. Same goes for the hairdryer - needs to be changed.
