We came back late from Temple visit and hotel kindly allowed us to check out 1 1/2 hours late without any charges. Staff very helpful and kind. Special mention of Ms Winona who was extremely nice and helpful.

We arrived very late after landing at 10.10pm. Three staff were handling one customer before me, and I had to wait to check in. International credit card not easily accepted by system but luckily the staff was kind enough to allow me to pay on check out. When checking out same thing happened. 2 staff were handling me while another guest had to wait. More efficient handling at reception would be good.

Excellent breakfast, attentive staff. We even wrote a google review for particular staff members who went above and beyond. Overall, we would stay here again surely. Location was perfect too. Room size was on the smaller side, but it did not bother us too much.

Room size, esp. for 3 adults was very cramped. Room service was not served hot - example tea and coffee was borderline cold and went unconsumed.

The check-in and check-out was very smooth, staff behaved nice and kind. We felt welcomed. It's a place where you can truly rest. We took advantage of the pool. Also the gym Is well equipped. Unfortunately did not have time for trying breakfast. Loved the comfort of bed, spacious room, clean bathroom and hot shower.

Room was well equipped with all the amenities. We just missed a shower gel.

The club house could improve. When a customer requests for alcoholic drinks there is a delay because ladies are not allowed to serve alcoholic drinks and the amount poured into a glass is controlled. After some ideas to improve, the situation has become better.

Location was ideal and staff were generally good. Winnoma was very friendly and helpful and restaurant staff were good.

House keeping was a little slack. In that there was a left over beer that was not removed. Requested for shower gel but not provided instead was given shampoo.

Lovely hotel in a great location. We got a really good price for the rooms and both the breakfast and dinner we had in the hotel were very tasty.

This place is amazing! It’s in a great part of Trivandrum. The hotel itself is wonderful. The staff were exceptional. Smiley, Winona, the manager and this wonderful young man (we didn’t catch his name but he was a sweet young man)- they made us feel like special family. The food was top notch!

The room was comfortable and liked the size and comfort of the bed. They also provided very nice toiletries- the rose honey facial wash was lovely! Room amenities also very good- was great to have an iron for our use. Staff were nice and friendly . We enjoyed the Breakfast which was very tasty. Location was great, next to nice shops and eateries. Would definitely stay here again.

Wish they provide a clock in the room( nice for international travellers adjusting to local time zones) . Nice that hair dryers are provided but are a bit old and could use an upgrade.

Very hospitable people, quick response on everything from housekeeping staff, nice pool and gym and very friendly staff.

Breakfast is good, can be managed slightly better especially for live counters. Not in a bad state but it can be better.

The employees - all the employees from the valet staff to the room service all were excellent and polite. Room- size , decor , comfortable beds and over all relaxing atmosphere .
