The hotel had a reasonably big room and the air conditioner worked perfectly. There was a wall mounted flat screen tv but I didn't use it. The bathroom was clean and bedsheets were changed on request. Bottled drinking water was available for free. The room had a balcony looking out over the street below, though I never used it. There is a gym, with good equipment, in the neighbouring building, which charges 100 rupees per day.

The first 3 days there was hardly any water in the bathroom. However, the plumbing was sorted out when I called and complained to the proprietor, who leaves everything to his reception staff and is never present there. There is no laundry facility and no laundries in the vicinity. There are not many restaurants or bars or shopping centers in the area. The hotel is meant for business people as there is nothing much to do in the area.

The staff was very very helpful. The wifi is excellent. Air conditioning works great.

The chair was extremely barebones. They should keep a more comfortable chair in the rooms. Cleanliness could be better. Facilities in general are okay and value for money. But its a hit or miss in terms of what room you get.

There was a ladder near the bathroom window, which made little privacy concern.
