the staff were very friendly and accommodating . they have several free activity for guests to enjoy such as sunrise hiking, private island snorkeling and kids activity such as coral planting .

higher charges for airport transfer , 7 times higher than normal taxi which I feel it’s a rip off. We saw one cockroach in the bedroom which I believe for 5 star resort this is unacceptable. also , all water activity is really expensive compare to what outside operator offered .

Beautiful hotel with amazing views. The rooms are spacious and clean. Pool, Gym and Ocean jetty were great!

The quality of food and drink did not match the price. A beer was 100,000rp + 20% tax and was barely cold and served in a warm glass. The food was ok, not sensational and not worth the price. I am happy to pay more if the quality matches the price. Lack of transportation to the town area from the hotel was frustrating, costing 100,000rp to get a car from the hotel to town, it would be good if they had a shuttle bus.

The hotel lobby had a stunning view over the bay, which was amazing to see everyday, especially at sunset. The rooms were luxurious & bathrooms very spacious. The pier & deck area were great for relaxing by the seafront & gaining access for swimming. The staff everywhere were friendly & always helpful, despite a heavy number of guests.

We were on the 3rd floor, facing the pool, so it was noisy during breakfast times in the morning. There wasn't much of a beach, although it was advertised as a beach front - but this appears to be the same for all resorts in Labuan Bajo. The numerous yachts/ boats in the bay did occasionally spoil the view.

Everything it's amazing. Best hotel to stay in Komodo. 100% recommendable.

They charge 6$ per person for snorkelling. That is a very stingy thing considering it's a top hotel. They should provide the material for free. Company should change that to provide a better image. Obv is not because paying 6$ when you are paying 300$ per night.

Amazing view, the room is really nice. The bar is in a boat, very unique.

I joined the morning yoga class. It was very obvious that the instructor was struggling to do the pose himself. Half of the participant left the class before it ends. I felt really bad for him, cause clearly he's not a yoga practitioner let alone an instructor. Later in the day I saw him working as a waiter in the beach bar. I mean, come one Ayana.. get a proper instructor or no yoga class at all. It was a bad experience for both the guest and the poor guy.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The location is stunning, the hotel is beautiful from the roof top bar to the pool area, I couldn't fault a thing. The staff around the pool area made the space feel like home and particularly Heri and Rendi who were brilliant every time. The Rinca restaurant was excellent and the service was second to non. Nita served us on several occasions and was superb. The gym space was brilliant with amazing views. All in all every one of the staff were exceptional and really made the stay perfect.

The service was exceptional. From the moment we pulled into the driveway, we knew we were going to be looked after. The staff weren't in your face, but there was always someone around to help. There was only a couple of moments where we had to look around to order a drink at the bar. During our day by the pool, they kept bringing over little shots of juice and food to snack on.

Our Manicure and Pedicure we were not very impressed with, particularly considering the price paid for it. During a normal manicure and pedicure you expect to have your hands and feet scrubbed etc, which did not happen. Also did not tidy up my finger nails and shape them before buffing etc. I was a pretty disappointed

The rooms are big and clean. The staff is very nice and hospitable. My son was unwell on the day we had to check out. The manager came with the nurse to the room and provided medication, sent ginger honey tea on the house and suggested to us to stay till our departure time which was at 3pm. They were kind and understanding. Private beach was enjoyable

I did not quite like the breakfast buffet. I asked for an omelette and it took 30 mins. Variety is limited.

1.The scenery is fantastic, with a wide view of the sea that looks beautiful from sunrise to sunset. 2.The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with many restaurants, especially Rinca Restaurant, which is worth experiencing multiple times. I really like the Indonesian fried rice and fried noodles here. 3.The staff are very friendly and professional, especially Tino who guided us in hiking and trekking. He provided us with a lot of help along the way, and we sincerely thank all the hotel staff for providing us with a very pleasant stay experience. 4.The hotel offers a wide range of activities, and both the full day trip and snorkeling trip are great. The boats are new, the food is good, and safety is also well-maintained. The only downside is that the tours are a bit more expensive compared to outside tours. 5.The room is clean. I really hope to come back here another day😄

Everything! The room was clean and new and the view is stunning; the stuff is really fast, always happy to see you and very helpful. The food in all restaurants (seafood one, breakfast one and the jpn one) was stunning. Also, as the hotel is big it was really helpful to install the app to get directions and descriptions. Also, we needed to organise take away breakfast, so just wrote im the app our request, got the breakfast in the early morning (5:30 am) just on time. That’s exceptional experience.
