The staff were friendly and helpful,and the breakfast was a lovely way to start the day. There was very little out noise and the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel.

The shower was great until it wasn't! The pressured dropped and the water cooled. Wait long enough and it recovers! Michael was looking in to this when we left. Do hope you got this sorted as it was the only down side to a wonderful stay.

The breakfast was excellent with everything expected of a breakfast on offer. The location was really handy as it is very close to the bus station and there are a lot of other amenities nearby

I didn't like some of the food particularly the lemon wedge spoiling the flavour of my Coke and my fries not being served by themselves as a side order

Location could not be better. It is on Main Street so bang in the centre of Cavan. All staff were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. My room and bathroom were spacious, with a kettle and tea and coffee, a hair dryer and a safe box - all in great working order. The bed was very comfortable and the room quiet even though it was in the middle of town. There was also an ironing board and iron outside in the corridor for guests' use which was a great idea. Breakfast was very adequate with a good choice. I had meals in the Carvery and also the bar, both of which were very good value. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I liked everything - there was nothing to complain about.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was very clean. Evening meal in Bar/restaurant was excellent and great value. Private parking off the street was a bonus as we were on a motorcycle. Location in middle of town was great for a stroll and a drink in the evening.

Room decor was dull. Some local artwork would have been nice. Breakfast menu was limited. Nothing major.

The hotel is very central. Most of the staff were very helpful and pleasant, especially the lovely lady who served our breakfast. She is a precious member of staff.

The only thing I can fault is the polish receptionist with the red hair, who was quite rude on 2 occasions. Such a shame.

The room was spacious enough, breakfast was plentiful and the staff couldn't do enough to help. I was expecting a 'pub' downstairs but glad it wasn't, I think it would have been much noisier. My room overlooked the main street and with windows open I could hear people on the street, it wasn't excessive though.

The shower was quite small and I had trouble turning it on. I had to get staff to come and help me.

Great freshly made breakfast 10/10. Great location on the main street, with a car park at the back. We had a triple room with all 3 of us complimenting the beds; a great nights sleep. We didn't have any food or drinks apart from breakfast but the bars/restaurants looked great. All were buzzing. Percy French Cocktail Lounge looked like "the place to be" in town.

The rooms are dated but we expected that. There was nobody attending reception when we were checking in or out.

Lovely place to stay. Right in the middle of Cavan town so was near everywhere I needed for getting ready for a wedding. Breakfast was delicious and all the staff were so friendly and accommodating

The doors bang really loud and I was woken with a jump in the night because of how loud the bang was!

Location in the middle of Cavan is excellent. Secure locked parking at the back of the hotel. Bed super comfortable and linens lovely. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Walking distance to lovely pubs and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious.

Some decor a little but dated but there is currently work in progress to update.
