I was very satisfied with the room and the bathroom. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean. The breakfast was great and I do need to commend you on the coffee. The coffee was really good. I have always been happy with the meals in the hotel. The staff are great!

Maintenance people were drilling on the road outside the hotel until all hours of the morning. However, this was not your fault. When I am booking a room the next time, I will request to have it at the back of the hotel not facing the main road. I will book the room through you directly and not through Booking.com.

I had a lovely big room, the bed was massive and really comfortable. Great lighting and no noise at all, the shower had great power, heat and the toiletries smelled amazing. Swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi were all fabulous I wish I had more time on my break to enjoy them. The food was delicious and I had dinner two nights, the service and atmosphere in the restaurant was really welcoming and service was fast. Most of all, the staff were amazing from front desk, restaurant, house keeping and the leisure facilities. Every member of staff was so polite and helpful with all my questions. I look forward to returning to this hotel again soon next time I am in Cork. Thank you!

Cannot fault this hotel at all, from staff, food, location and facilities it had everything I needed. The hospitality I received was above and beyond.

The hotel is family friendly and staff were great. The family room was a decent size with lots of space. It was the first time we didn't mind bringing the double buggy to the room. The kids enjoyed the pool.

No complaints, everything was great. We were visiting family in Cork and the hotel was perfect location to base ourselves. Only thing I would not be expecting a scenic view from your room.

The entire trip was amazing. From the immensely pleasant and friendly, not to mention extremely accommodating Garrett at the reception desk to the wonderful Abbey who served us at dinner. We travelled as part of a party of 15 for a family celebration and the staff could not do enough for us especially with our husky puppy. The food was fabulous as were the facilities. We’ll definitely be back again!

I liked the hotel itself, the layout is very well done. Easy to find restaurants etc. The staff were very very welcoming amd friendly, also such great help. Breakfast and dinner was exceptional. I will definitely be staying here again. The room was fabulous! Thanks again.

Theres nothing bad i can say, just the leak at thebdoor when you come into the room.. definitely from the bath, one sink was blocked (nearest to shower) the jets in shower didnt work, also the air con in the room wasnt working same as the heating 😞 the tv also wasnt connected to wifi and netflix wouldnt work 😞 other than that our stay at the charlville park hotel was 10/10

My daughter and I loved this hotel and it was the first time staying there. We loved the pool and the gym.food was amazing and staff were so nice and inviting. Parking great and we did not go down town and just stayed in the hotel for the duration we were there and we were so happy with everything there. I would highly recommend this hotel and it is a jewel of charleville.

Very hard to find fault with this hotel

We liked the breakfast area. We ate in the bar the day before, but were seated in the first bar area you come into, behind a wall, where it was a bit dark, close to the closed buffet by the doors to the breakfast area. After our meal, I noticed the other side of the bar area that was lit with natural light. I wish we had sat there. I highly recommend you not use those tables near the closed buffet unless you have run out of space. Our room was clean and quiet. We were in town to visit a friend, who lives there. We liked that we could walk into town. I wish we could have had a drink in the bar off the main lobby, which looked very inviting. The front desk staff was professional and friendly. They ordered a car for us the next day to take the train to Cork.

Where we sat in the bar area for lunch, behind a wall, next to a closed buffet, when the other side of the bar had beautiful sunlight was very unfortunate. I remember thinking it was out of the way and then I noticed there were people on the other side. My meal was ok, I forgot what I had. my boyfriend enjoyed his whole chicken though. I wish the town of Charleville would consider a "clean-up campaign" and paint the stores and building fronts along the main road in rich bright colors. This was something the quaintest small towns we saw in Ireland did. A fresh coat of paint does wonders. Drumshanbo even had beautifully painted buildings. We were just passing through Charleville, but I work in design and this struck me as something the town sadly lacked and could benefit from.

The buffet breakfast did not run ,the selection of cereals could be better,the lockers at the pool are missing keys ...the rooms were good and spacious and comfortable, it suited for my one night...the pool is nice but needs a little tlc in dressing rooms and the food in the bar was lovely.

The front rooms should have triple glazing. I asked to be moved to a back room, which they did. There was black mould in the showers in both rooms so housekeeping is a bit slack. Lovely staff. Constant loud sky sports in every bit of the bar/restaurant was a bit much. The breakfast choices should have been more on display.

Cleanliness of bathrooms. The mirrors hadn’t been properly cleaned and as I said earlier there was black mould in showers, especially bad in room 203.

I stayed with my husband and our 1 year old for 3 to nights and I really cannot fault our stay! From the check in to the check out, it was so smooth! Our room and bathroom was so clean, it was always nice and warm! The house keeping staff were very welcoming and friendly! We reserved dinner and my god the food was amazing! Definately recommend the Roast and their cocktail menu is great! The bar staff were fantastic, very outgoing and friendly! I honestly just could not fault the stay! The receptionists were sooooo helpful too! Hotel is close to town, and had everything you needed around ye! We will 100% be back! Thank you for a great break!
