Hotel was lovely. Large, multiple lobbies to sit in. Room a good size. Area of Templeglantine was so pretty and well kept. Evening meal was great. Although you have to wait a while for a table if it's busy so would recommend booking.

Booked family room for 3, however there was only 2 cups for tea/coffee and 2 towels. You could ask for extra but as they know how many guests are staying in a room at booking, this should be accommodated for. Breakfast was nice, but not a great selection for continental style. Bathroom in room needs work. Chipped tiles and silicone strip was ineffective so bathroom flooded when showering and bathroom lock broken.

Very clean and located perfectly for where we needed to be. Staff were very friendly and the food was excellent! Will be booking it again for our work trips in future

Minor complaint is the shower in my room was lacking in water pressure so it was not great. My colleague on the other hand said his shower was powerful so maybe mine had a faulty boost pump.

It could do with some serious updating and finesse to the finer touches. I’d imagine it has lacked some investment. It was clean. Like the shower was super powerful but the bathroom need serious modernisation. But given the location maybe it doesn’t take in the relative money to update

We booked this hotel last minute as we were traveling through on our way to the Ring of Kerry. We were delighted to learn that breakfast was included with our stay and the rooms were very comfortable. It was a perfectly pleasant stay!

The street-side room was noisy with the window open.

I have driven (or been driven) through this town back and forth incalculable times over the last 50 years, never stopping, always on my way to or from one elsewhere or another but unexpectedly needed to stay there. This hotel was a revelation. It's immaculately clean, with very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is substantial but the thing that truly amazed and delighted me was the power and temperature of the shower. Often hotel showers just drip lukewarm water on you but when I turned it up, this was like a TV game show were you have to walk forward to make progress against a firehose and it was as hot as you could want. Excellent. Comfortable rooms with a good black out and parking right outside.

The responsiveness of the staff and the courtesy they afforded us! The quality and variety of the food on offer. The bedroom, bed and ensuite facilities were exceptional.

There was nothing not to like.

Hotel was prefect location for what we needed and the food was amazing for both lunch/dinner and breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.

Great choice of breakfast on menu , cooked freshly , I had porridge and toast , the porridge was cooked perfectly and the rest of my family had the bacon , eggs , rashers etc... cooked to the’re liking

The bath in the bathroom was quite dated and needs upgrading

Best night sleep ever. Deepest hottest bath and lush shower. Delicious dinner and simple breakfast dinner to perfection. Honestly would stay again

I was given a beautiful room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was cooked to order and very tasty. I also had an evening meal in the bar- very nice. Delighted with my stay.
