Great experience! I had an outstanding stay at voco Al Khobar, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by the receptionist, Abdullah. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel welcomed and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. He kindly upgraded our room, assisted me with preparing important documents, and made sure that every aspect of our stay met the highest standards. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication truly made a difference. I deeply appreciate his efforts and highly recommend this hotel—especially if you're lucky enough to be assisted by Abdullah.

Location was convenient and close to many spot area , room size is specious. The lobby is comfortable to relax and enjoy . Staff are welcoming and provide their assistance when I need .

Toilet need to be clean well , there is moles around the shower area . Pillows need to be renewed it’s not convenient. I think adding additional services such as ladies salone with full facilities will be helpful

The apartment had two rooms and a lot pf space. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. Helpful staff.

No view, two small windows without any view! Swiming pool full after after 5 pm (looks like swming training courses were ongoing). No coffee machine (while the photos on booking.com were showing coffee machine). Finally, wall clock in the room was not working!!

I really appreciate the Hotel Staff for the their support and help. The hotel was very clean, furniture new and breakfast with different varieties. I will plan to come back inchae Allah.

Only 2 comments, 1. At swimming pool area there should be proper exhaust fans as it was too hot inside area, also mainly need to add drier for the clothes after swimming to dry the swimming clothes once done, similar ones at GYM and many hotels have it .. 2. At room there was a washing machine, however there was no clothes hangers to get the clothes dry after wash ..

Suite arrangement. Hotel organization and ease of communication.

Room was not so clean, I found fries piece on the carpet under the table. Cleaning services are not he best. The washbasins counter had the towel hanger fixed in front of the sink which makes it uncomfortable to wash because of the additional increase of depth. Jacuzzi pressure was low.

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very nice, as was the food. We were given an upgrade and the room was large and very nice, very nice surprise. The entrance area and atrium are very impressive.

Coffee making facility and kettle have only one plugpoint, meaning that the plugs need to be changed each time an appliance is used. Curtains and blackout blinds were closed and not fixed properly at the top. The blackout blind came off when pulled. Car parking directions need improving. Entrance drop-off is closed due to construction.

The location is 5 - 10 minute drive max from most of the popular malls and restaurants. Plenty of necessary shops are the vicinity. The reception crew was exceptionally polite and welcoming, the Room service staff were more than helpful. Great vibes in the lobby.

Excellent hotel But breakfast was from 6:30 till 10:30, I went at 10 but found many items finished without refill Also parking was very crowded so I left the key for them to park my car, however I found they parked it in the sunny street next to the hotel

We thoroughly enjoyed the excellent service at the hotel, and the breakfast offered a delightful variety of delicious options. The spacious rooms with large beds added to the overall positive experience.

The room overlooked the less appealing side of the hotel, with a view of another building and some visible trash below.
