We had a great stay at the hotel! The staff was very friendly and polite, and the breakfast was quite good. Our kids especially enjoyed the swimming pool — it was definitely one of the highlights for them! I also appreciated having access to the laundry facilities, which was really helpful during our 10-day stay, especially with kids. The location is convenient — there’s a train station nearby, and it takes just 2–3 stops to get to the city center. Would definitely recommend for families!

One small downside: there was an odd smell in the room, possibly from the carpet, so we kept the window open for fresh air. Unfortunately, only a small window opens, and the larger one is sealed, which made ventilation a bit difficult. Still, we appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere and helpful service.

Room- Well equipped, very clean,comfortable climate. B⁰⁰ed- Great bedding Very comfortable mattress, nice reading lite. I had a terrific sleep, feeling well rested jn the morning. Breakfast- was impressive. The variery and quality of the food offered good choices. For pretty much any dirt régimen. Staff were diligent about maintaining supplies throughout the session. They were efficient, courteous, and unobtrusive. The dining area was large with plenty of seating. It was well lit,featuing a full length window

Security deposit. Was and still am, furious about the system. It is standard method is to use a credit card.. I had just arrived from another continent My nearest bank branch is a little less than 5000 kms away and do not function outside the country. Only my debit card is made to function internationally. I could use it but would be charged $21.50 for doing so. I tried to pay with cash but that is not allowed. The fee,which I had to pay, does not apply to credit cards. Debit cards are instantly taken from my account. If there are no funds it is denied. THIS CHARGE IS AN OUTRAGE.I ISEE NO JUSTIFICATION for it. Change you method.. I'm positive that I'm not the first to be caught in this GRIFT NET.

The room was clean, cool and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable, I had a great sleep. The hot tub was AMAZING, though it could have been in a bit better shape and a bit cleaner. The breakfast was great, and the staff was very gracious and patient with me while I dealt with a little oopsie on my part. They handled it so well.

I personally find the deposit $ if you pay debit or cash to be outrageous, but I do understand where they're coming from. I would've liked to see the hot tub in better shape and cleaner. And perhaps more fruit options at breakfast.

The hotel offered a great location with easy access to downtown via the C-Train, friendly staff, and a good breakfast. The beds were comfortable and clean.

The concern is about the wet floors in the hallway and elevator, likely caused by guests walking barefoot from the pool area. This is an issue because the constant wetness creates an unpleasant and potentially unsanitary environment. This was particularly noticeable in the evenings. Also, elevator sounds scary.

Convenient parking, clean and quiet. Maybe I overlooked this aspect or didn’t notice at the time of booking but the twin beds were bunk beds. We would have not chosen the bunk bed but that was minor inconvenience. The reception people are helpful & very friendly. We never used the breakfast so can’t comment on that. The swimming pool was clean & enjoyable for the kids. Tim Hortons & McDonald’s is walking distance. The train is also few steps away. We will definitely choose comfort inn again & especially this location.

Didn't have much time to enjoy the facility. Perhaps next time when I am in Calgary for the Foothills hospital.

Easy to get to, handicap parking, elevator(although it sounds like it’s on its last legs) nice hot tub, but there were no towels at the time. Nice breakfast!😋 Staff were very friendly!😀

Just the toilet seat was broken, so made noise every time we sat down on it. Sink was cracked.

The hotel is in a convenient location to the Foothills hospital. The bed was really comfortable, and we were upgraded to a suite. Very Nice. This was the second visit in 2 months. Also nice to have the access to a breakfast, without leaving the hotel.

The only problem was that the fridge needed to be defrosted.

This was good value for money. The breakfast was much better than expected. The hotel is a little outdated and the pillows and beds weren’t the most comfortable. But in this economy I was happy for the deal!

Not super comfortable (pillows weren’t great) but it was clean.

Nice hotel, really great staff. Slide in the pool was a nice addition! Room was large and practical, ideal location with easy transport links to downtown.

Breakfast wasn’t particularly to my taste, waffles, cereal and some breads etc but wasn’t the worst. Only real issue I had with the hotel was that I got an unbelievable amount of static from the bedsheets, I didn’t even know that was possible! I had to actually get up and find something to discharge the static before returning to bed, I could seriously see the shocks lighting up the dark, I’ve never seen anything like it and I’m not exaggerating! After that settled the place was great!
