Such good value for money. We attended a wedding in the area and decided to stay another night, because it was so affordable. Breakfast was included: nothing fancy, but it's good to start the day with a bagel and coffee. Beds were super comfortable, and it was close enough to Niagara for us to do some touristy stops.

It isn't the Hilton, but it was totally practical and clean. The place looks a little run down, but we were there to see the sights, not hang out in the hotel room. It's quiet enough, no busy streets or loud people, so we were able to sleep well

The front desk staff while checking in and out were excellent, Very friendly and knowledgeable about the city and general info. The rooms are large, comfortable and very clean. The hotel is on a busy road but the building is set far enough back the the traffic noise doesn't affect the hotel. I would gladly stay there again.

I didn't like are the air conditioners. They are the original units from when the hotel was built and need to be replaced. The temps in the Niagara region last week were in the mid to high 30's and the a/c could barely keep up. They are also very loud. Don't expect to find much on the television. Channels are very limited unless you have a Netflix account.

Breakfast was basic but good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for me as close to my aunt's home. And the location was excellent as there was a shopping area and restaurants just a short walk from the hotel. Overall an excellent experience.

There was no lift. Lucky that my luggage was not heavy so managed to walk up the stairs to the 2nd floor.

This is modest accomodation but it's clean, quiet, and close to restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. A continental breakfast is included, but it's not just coffee and a bun: there are toast, cereal and hard-boiled eggs for protein. The staff are friendly, efficient, and accommodating. It's very clean. The air conditioning works and controls are understandable.

The shower is less than powerful.

The staff was excellent! Especially Christine and Preet !! Above and beyond service there!! When we had an issue about noise... it was delt with right away.

Walls were leaking in the rain. Shower was stuck on the high pressure. Toilet was very low Garbage outside was not change the 4 days we were there. Cigarette butts laying everywhere Only 2 outlets in the room available

The comforters were very soft. Staff was nice. Continental breakfast was very helpful before going out. Pet friendly. Felt our car was safe since it was parked by our patio and we can see it. Fridge helpful for insulin and leftover food. Microwave useful and so was the Keurig coffee machine.

We only had 3 pillows for 2 adults. I asked housekeeper for 2 extra but she forgot. I asked at the lobby and they were able to provide. The bathroom sink...water went down very slowly. We did not mention to lobby since we were only there 3 nights.

The room was very clean, smelled nice. Check in was very quick and simple, we came in late and there was a bit of a line but the lady was very nice and got us into our room without any hassle. Breakfast was great, fresh boiled eggs even. Lots of seating and bagel options. Nice sliding walkout patio door with a lock bar.

There were only two towels and four people, but we could have gotten more if we needed.

The Location was prime for our visit everything we needed was a skip hop and a jump away which was perfect. Having the patio door with our parking spot right outside made loading and unloading easy peasy also I'm a smoker soo. The guest service representatives were kind, super helpful, and very polite.

Was expecting a better breakfast selection. The lack of outlets on the one side of the bed.

The desk staff was super friendly and polite. Even came round and opened front door for us when we brought in our luggagge. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection and was good. Hotel is dated and in need of cosmetic repairs. But didn't bother us especially at the great price.

Cosmetic details, hallway doors could use a paint, things like that. But we didn't really mind. I would have been more dissapointed if I had paid $200 a night.

I like how comfortable and quiet the hotel is. i slept great for the last 5 days I was there. i also love the location very convenient, and the bed and the tv that was in my room i was staying in. Very friendly stuff too
