Quite place and good food

I got a phone call from Tara from recipient at night after checking out asking for payment for breakfast and i have already paid whole a mount on booking application but it seem that she did not believe me after that i send her a copy of my booking showing that my booking was with breakfast then she believe that!!!!

The room, the staff(Editha, Norman.. many more didnt get the names from the reception to the housekeeping), the cleanliness everything was really really great! I loved the generosity when it comes to the room, the tea, coffee, water bottles, toiletries everything was available for the whole stay i didnt need to ask for anything and the free pressing of two pieces was amazing, I was there to attend a wedding and this facility helped me alot and saved my time ans money.

The breakfast was not organized well and the food was tasteless, the omlette had to be ordered from the table and there were less staff to take the order and after ordering the omletter it took more than 20mins to come and it was tasteless no salt and less veggies ( I asked for vegetables in it) the indian option of matar paneer was there without any indian bread. I had to order prathas and it came late as well. the waffles and pancakes was less than basic ... so my only complaint is on the breakfast nothing else

It was a wonderful stay, but what made us feel truly special was the hotel staff—everyone, from the breakfast waiters to the butlers, especially Alam and Navoda, the ladies at the reception, the beach and pool staff. Everything was fantastic. It was so nice to meet such welcoming people; it’s not something to take for granted. Thank you for being so kind to us, always helpful in every way. We have never met such an amazing staff. We had a small issue in our room, and they did everything possible to resolve it. We are truly grateful for that. We will definitely come back. Thank you, you are wonderful people, and we appreciate your work! I’m sure all guests adore you because it’s simply impossible not to. A special greeting to Navoda and Alam. Thank you so much!

It’s was first class all the way, we really enjoyed it. Everyone are treated like special people. Amazing

Nothing we didn’t like, it was great

We liked every moment since and even before check-in 1. We were greeted and immediately helped to lift the bags 2. We were offered complimentary drinks while checking-in, which helped a lot with the heat 3. The hotel has its own private beach with the tunnel road. Staff helps you even there, setting umbrellas and so on 4. You get your 24/7 personal butler that helps you with everything you need. E.g we asked him to help to connect to the bluetooth speaker that we also had in our room 5. When cleaning the room, cleaners put drinking water bottles all over the room, so you can find it anytime you feel thirsty 6. The breakfasts are very tasty. Everyday you can order one meal from the list, that will be cooked specially for you + lots of delicious food served on the tables, e.g salmon

The location, beach and staff were very good. Also the rooms very comfortable and with excellent bed. Complements and many thanks for everything to Bhaskar, our smiling and full of positive energy waiter at the beach!

The main pool was very small and busy with no relaxing feeling at all. We stayed mainly at the beach which was more spacious and comfortable. We would suggest a refreshment of the wooden sun lounges. Another thing, there could be diffusers or some kind of air refreshment in the rooms since there are no windows. Also, visiting other hotels which offered less expensive room options we realised that they had much more impressive restaurants and bars; this is something that could be improved at St. Regis. Last thing, improvement of the amenities like the body lotion and hairbrush would be mandatory

We highly recommend this hotel for the following reasons: - Nice room size with all necessary amenities available in the room, also with nice views of the city and the water. - We appreciated the Butler service and found the housekeeping very diligent and polite. - Food & Beverage services in the hotel are great; we mostly enjoyed Villa Toscana, the room service and the amazing breakfast. Special thanks to Alejandra, the Toscana hostess, who was always smiling and accommodating. All staff was very tentative and friendly. - Convenient location due to the small mall & cinema in the building, good restaurant options around the hotel, but mostly due to the private beach and pool access. It does take a brief walk to get there (the hotel does offer another pool and nice outdoors bar by the spa and the gym), which we did not mind that at all; especially since we enjoyed the pool & beach service so much. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. - Our special thanks go to the front desk for allowing an extended late check-out due to a health issue that came up during our last night. It would have been a very difficult day and way back home if it weren't for your understanding... A big thank you!

It can get a bit crowed at times at the hotel entrance due to the traffic in and out of the hotel, but the doormen and welcome staff do their best.

Service is very good, the restaurants The Catch and Cabana are amazing, you really get excellent food! Variety of food for breakfast is amazing, like beetroot juice or kale salad etc.

It feels that the facilities are a bit old and need renovation in some areas, plus they lack many things that modern new hotels have now like convenient sockets for chargers everywhere etc. The sea - you can forget about it, you can’t swim there, as the level of water is knee high, and it is quite warm and dirty. You can only sun bath but definitely not swim. The pool is fine though.

We are always greeted exceptionally well at the St Regis and check in is super comfortable. I’m convinced breakfast is the best in Abu Dhabi (it must be if they’ve extended it to 3PM on a Sunday- what an amazing idea) The rooms are always clean and comfortable so comfortable that I’m going to buy a st Regis bed 🤣

A perfect hotel, from check-in to check-out, the St. Regis team fulfills all wishes! The hotel itself is breathtaking. The rooms in the upper part of the building offer a wonderful view of Abu Dhabi. The staff are very friendly and do everything to make our stay more enjoyable. A big compliment to the whole team, but especially to our butler Elvis and the team from the beach club! The rooms are top! The beach and pool are wonderful. The hotel and staff are simply perfect! Thank you for the wonderful vacation!
