Very nice hotel, beautifully designed and arranged. I like the style of the hotel and the rooms. The bathroom was spacious. The room was quite large with a large comfortable bed and beautiful view at the city and Burj Khalifa. I love that you can watch the view from the bed. The area was fine. Not too lively, since it was still in construction. However, there was nice waypath to go for a walk along the canal, very nice especially in the evening. You can reach the Tolerance Bridge and have a nice view at the city skyline. There are some restaurants in the hotel area, as well as a grocery shop just next street. The taxi stop in front of the hotel was also very convenient. The location was very good, you can easily reach the Dubai Mall, the Jumeirah Beach etc by car. The pool area was very nice. The pool not too big but pretty enough to swim and relax. Except the sun beds, there were plenty place to sit down in the bar area next to the pool. Also the music at the pool was pleasant, quite chill. The staff in the hotel was kind and friendly.

The only thing that bothered me was the fact that you cannot turn off the air conditioning completely. It was not good for my throat.

The Location was very good, with the car its only 7-10min away from Dubai Mall without traffic of course. But you have a nice ambience and an amazing walk possibility around the Canal next to the Hotel. The room was very Big and have a nice interior design, what I can recommend. Keep in mind, that a club is next to the corner, that means they entrance is always very busy. I saw Guests who leave the Taksi-Cars and walk to the entrance because the traffic was not moving. (The value for money could be reconsidered for future improvements)

The pool area didn't meet my expectations. The reason is that, compared to other hotels, they offer better pool services, such as taking care of the towels and arranging places for customers, as well as offering food orders directly to the sunbeds. At this hotel, however, I missed these services. You have to take care of the place and towels yourself, and they even ask you to return the towel when you leave. If you want to order food or drinks, you have to go to the bar yourself. Overall, there is no service at the pool area. (For this prices, we expecting a better service at pool)

The room was beyond my expectations and so lovely. The bed comfortable. The Breakfast was incredible- a great range, good quality food.

I would have liked cleaner windows to see the view better, but they were quite dirty. You have the sign that says if you will reuse the towels hang them up but even though my towels were hung up and I was hoping to reuse them, they kept changing them out each day. I would also recommend making a deeper pool or two, the water is so warm, it was not refreshing. But when I went to the Grand Autograph to use the beach, their pool was refreshing. I also recommend better quality sliced cold meats at breakfast buffet. The meats present were so processed I didnt want to eat them, but would have liked the option to.

The room was was relaxing. The staff was amazing. Special thanks to Maliek and Shashank for helping to make my birthday special. Thank you for the delicious cake. Also, thank you to Supan for your kindness. While there, I had an opportunity to eat at Ribs and Brews, and it was delicious! I had the veggie burger and fries. I also had a drink which was good too. Overall, my stay was great! I have a 12-hour delay in Dubai coming up soon and will probably book a room there again.

I ordered room service twice for breakfast. I am vegetarian and ordered the egg white omelet one day and then the eggs benedict another day. The food was mediocre, I probably wouldn't order it again. It was overpriced for what was offered. They gave me a hard time when I asked for extra hashbrowns in place of the meat since I didn't eat the bacon or sausage offered. Not sure why. Eventutally the lady agreed to give me an extra two hashbrowns (they are tiny, I had 3 with the extra two). More vegetarian options and/or flexibility with the menu for individuals with dietary restrictions would be helpful.

The rooms are specious and well decorated. Espresso machines in the room, comes with free coffee pods. The coffe pods were replanished daily. The hotel has a very popular night club which may be a plus for some. Also Sirali Kebap restaurant is walking distance for those who are craving quality kebaps.

The breakfast experience could be improved. It seems the breakfast area is not big enough for the entire hotel. Also the quality of food could be better. Overall price to performance was not very good. At these prices (or less) one could find hotels with better locations and better aminities in Dubai.

The location of the hotel is accessible to near marts within walking distance and some restaurant. Room we booked had a great view of Burj Khalifa and the highway lights which are very pretty at night. They have free shuttle to Dubai Mall.

The check-in service were quite bad. I waited for about 30mins as they couldn't find my booking. And eventually another hour until we receive our room despite the 3pm notice. Room was only available around 4.15-4.30pm.

Great hotel and the room was very spacious with nice view, regular cleaning on daily basis. The swimming pools were also very warm and suitable for swimming of any age and at most of the time there was shade on certain parts which was great as otherwise it was very hot. The staff was nice and responsive. Thank you!

I was only missing a balcony but there were almost no such rooms in this hotel.

My stay at Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, offering both comfort and style. The hotel's location is fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions, and the amenities were top-notch. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to make me feel welcome. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right. Overall, Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to visit again!

The employee at the check-in was so kind to give us a room with a Borj Khalifa view without any extra charge when my children asked for it. There is a kids club for young children and a kids swimming pool with slides which my children enjoyed very much. The coffee machine in the room was a bonus. I also liked that the lotion, shower gel and shampoo bottle sizes which were large unlike the small tubes in other hotels where you need to keep squeezing for more. The location was definitely a great choice for us so as not to waste alot of time on the road as it's very near to Dubai Mall, Dolphinarium, Emirates Mall, and not very far from festival city.

I was checked in by Ahmed and I’d never received a warmer welcoming. He was genuinely happy and put me in one of the best rooms on a very high floor which is what I was hoping for. Sianath who looked after the spa and pool area was also great to deal with, always smiling and happy to assist. The breakfast is a beautiful place to enjoy your coffee and the staff were all wonderful. The location of the hotel was great also positioned a short drive to down town and short drive to the beaches.
