We had a wonderful time in Dubai. The hotel is very well located, the room was very elegant, clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the help and hospitality of Joanna, who was extremely helpful in giving us valuable advice on what to see, where to eat, made all the local reservations for us, and verified with us that everything went smoothly. She was available whenever needed, and reached out to check that things are ok also after hours. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The location was excellent near to Dubai mall and Dubai opera which we came to watch a show

The entire third floor was closed for renovation so it was loud and noisy all day. They should have informed us when we booked about the construction.

I visited from Australia. I find the hotel to be very neat, well organised, services are excellent. I was treated like a king from the moment I alighted from the taxi that brought me from the airport and this continued all the time that I went out through out my 6 days stay. I was allowed to check in earlier and check out late all for my convenience. The guys at the reception were exceptionally nice. They include Talaat, Amira, Ahmed, Irchad and Ahsam. The restaurant service was excellent. I enjoyed the pool very much.

bathroom setup is not convenient ( toilet chair, shower, sink and bathtub are totally seperated) the sink water tap is very close to the sink where you can not wash your hands (tight space. in the shower, the shower water spray needs to be adjustable type instead of the existing fixed water jet type.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! I’ve never encountered such a genuinely caring team — true hospitality that’s so rare these days. Talaat went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us, and we’re incredibly grateful for his help and kindness throughout our stay. Everyone at reception was constantly worried if we feel comfortable and have everything we need for our rest. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and perfectly clean. The breakfast team was very kind and helpful too, food choice was great! We’ll definitely be coming back. This place offers so much value for such a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

From the moment we arrived, Ahmed handled every detail with remarkable efficiency and a warm, friendly demeanor—our check-in was smooth, stress-free, and welcoming. Meanwhile, Jinesh consistently went above and beyond, anticipating our needs and delivering personalized service with attentive care and a smile. Hotel is nice, and has one of the best pool areas for chilling and relaxing on the deck chairs. It also has a nice breakfast restaurant. Rooms are comfortable. Hotel is very close to Dubai mall which is only a short 5-10 min walk. It is also close to other landmarks in the area which is great. Staff were very kind to provide us with an early check in when we arrived which was very appreciated.

Unfortunately our room was facing the street next to a bar / nightclub which had very loud music till very late and we were trying to get some sleep after a long journey. After complaining about the noise the staff kindly arranged for us to sleep in another room for the rest of the night and come back to our old room in the morning. I appreciated staff willing to help and ensure we were comfortable for the rest of the night.

I spent three nights at the boylevarx autograph collection dubai and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The room was super comfortable, clean, and had a beautiful view of garden and swimming pool The staff were friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed — seriously top-tier service. (I would like to thank Mr. Talhat in particular for his warm welcome) The food was another highlight. everything was delicious and beautifully ،Overall, it was a perfect mix of luxury and comfort. I’d definitely come back!
