Breakfast options were well thought out offering a choice of buffet or express (which was more than enough for us each morning). Location was convenient for several different Metro lines and was even walkable to the river and Notre Dame by going through the National History gardens. Plenty of local bars and restaurants to choose from across a wide range of cuisines. Rooms were large and spotless. Comfortable with large sash windows with effective black out curtains. We were thankful for the air con and the in room Nespresso maker that was refilled every day.

Only a suggestion - perhaps for the summer months, offer lighter duvets as the ones we had were quite heavyweight.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Plus La Demeure. The room was clean, and the hotel’s location is perfect—it's in a safe area that's great for walking, with a metro station nearby. The staff were professional, polite, and always ready to help. I especially appreciated the complimentary croissants and detox water at the reception—it’s such a thoughtful touch when you arrive tired and hungry after a flight. I also enjoyed the breakfast; it’s small but delicious. For a short stay in Paris, this hotel is a perfect choice.

Overall, everything was good. I do wish the room had a small closet—perhaps due to limited space, there wasn't one. Instead, there was just a hanger near the entrance.

My wife and I chose Best Western Plus la Demeure because the reviews from previous guests were excellent. We wanted a boutique style hotel and we weren’t disappointed. When we arrived we were greeted by a warm and friendly receptionist. Our room, although small, was ideal as we were planning to be out all day sightseeing. The hotel decor was tasteful and clean throughout. The shower was modern and the controls made it so easy to adjust the heat of the water (not always the case in some hotels I’ve stayed). Overall it was a joy and I would not hesitate recommending this hotel.

This is my favorite hotel in Paris,the rooms are beautifully decorated in typical French provincial classical style ,some have a fire place which adds to its charm.They provide a coffee maker in the rooms which I always need ,my room on this trip has a beautiful bathtub straight out of a movie ! I also love the free sauna and workout room in the lower level.Staff members Saif and Chloe were so accommodating too .

The mattress could be turned over or maybe a new one .

Easy check-in well explained. The room and bathroom were absolutely fine. I particularly enjoyed the private use of the excellent sauna. There was also a comfortable lounge.

I have to look very hard to find anything I didn't really like but I am used to a lighter duvet and I am not a fan of piles of useless cushions piled on beds. But these are matters of personal taste. Similarly I would have appreciated English breakfast tea in the tea selection in the room.

Breakfast was delicious. I loved it. I loved the sauna and the room. we got an upgrade and we got plenty of space. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even helped me in a situation at night with one person outside the hotel.

The distance between the subway station and the hotel. it seems that is not that connected unless you take the bus.

the staff was really nice and friendly, the room had a nice balcony with pretty nice view of the eiffel tower and pantheon, the room was nice, bed was comfy, location was great. Havent been to spa nor the gym during my stay but had a nice stay.

The rooms are TINY I personally cant really imagine traveling with big two shell suitcase and open it in the room as there was really not much of a space for walking around the bed and leave your carryon open on the floor.The bathroom was tiny too. Apparently that's a thing in Paris - all rooms are tiny in Paris hotels

Close to a hospital, could hear ambulance sirens often. Not terrible, but a little noisy. Also on a Main Street, this added to the noise.

The room was clean, the hotel has an elevator, gym, and spa. The bathroom was relatively large. The front desk staff were all helpful, day and night.
