Ideal location, 2-3 minutes walk to U-bahn, S-bahn, tram and buses! Some areas around the hotel can be a bit sketchy at night, but we had no issues, and the hotel itself felt very safe. On top of a small shopping centre so you can buy anything you need. Very clean rooms.

Check in was very slow, which caused a knock on when ordering at the bar etc. But lovely staff made up for it.

People were so incredibly friendly there and very happy to help. The place was also very stylish and had a lot of that amazing Berlin charm to it - that heavy artsy East Berlin vibe to it while still being very clean and professional! There were interesting things like art workshops and it all seemed to celebrate how graffiti is not vandalism but an expression form. Train access (The Ring S41/42 and an U-Bahn line) is very close and useful

Only negative part is probably out of their jurisdiction. The hotel itself was perfect The segment just before the hotel doors feels rather uncomfortable to be around. It’s a bit of a dark area right before the entrance to the Ring-Centre, and late at night it’s barely lit up and it feels like a dangerous alley way to get to the wonderful hotel. An alternate door would be nice but I understand it’s just the location.

Excellent location, right next to Frankfurter Allee, the U+S Bahn and tram station, I could returning to the hotel quickly after a late night visit to Berghain (pretty close to the hotel, approx. 20min by tram + on foot / U Bahn +on foot) There is a shopping mall with Aldi McDonalds and Subway, very convenient. 24 hour reception, a nice relaxing area with desks and comfy chairs in the lobby, great environment for online meetings (the desks in the room would be too small for laptops) Friendly and lovely staff, always willing to help! Free water refills at the lobby, free h2o🤍

There was a small hole between the door and the wall in the showering area. The water would leak into the bathroom floor after each shower, need to be careful with the angle of the shower head. The blanket was a bit small for me, but not a big problem. The walk from the lobby to my room (098) was a whole 2 mins walk no cap, for some reason they separated the circular corridors into 1-100 and 101-150 with a wooden board that goes all the way to the ceiling (a lovely tribute to the city of Berlin I suppose), so we had to walk from 001 all the way to 098 and couldn’t go the other way around.

The entrance is very very dark at night - it doesn't look safe. As it's at the end of a dark ally, there was a strong smell of urine and leftovers from a homeless guy. Before having the card to access the building no one responded to the intercomm, but luckly a guest arrived to let us enter. Saw that happening to other guests arriving to the hotel.

Air-conditioning worked very well. Room was clean before and also cleaned during our stay. Location was good, not the best cause there wasn't straight line from airport, but we quickly learned how to use public transportation effectively. Reception work well and we were able to check in earlier without any problems (that was not agreed before our arrival). There was no noises from other rooms and our stay went peacefully.

Breakfast could have been better, luckily we didn't book it beforehand so we ate there only once.

Very comfortable room. Tasty rich breakfast. Strategically good location, near to S- and U- bahn. Parking is very cheap and it was very easy to find the place and park.

Everything was good. Regarding the parking. I didn't know that I could pay at the hotel, therefore each time when I drove out I paid for extra day. But actually it was possible to pay at the reception, to avoid extra charges. But it is minor issue.

Nice hotel in Friederichshein directly next to the sbahn and u5. You are in 20 mins on Alexander Square/city centre. Room was very comfy and new, we even saw the Alexander TV Tower from our window. Nice bathroom and shower. Its also close to clubs like Sisiphos. The facility was nice, new and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice rooms for couples/small groups. Good location right next to the Ring-Bahn and easily accessible. Was a bit confusing to find the entrance, but overall easy to navigate once you get there. Great food selections all around the hotel and nearby station.

Price might have been a smidge high, but that was probably due to the time/days I was booking. Overall I would book here again in the future.

The google map location listed is incorrect, so I had to call the front desk and ask where it was; front desk doesn't seem aware that on Google Maps it tries to lead you to an incorrect address one building over. If they knew this, they would be less confused when people call unable to find the property.

A truly polite and helpful staff is always a nice surprise in Berlin. It is a modern hotel with rather young guests. It can be easily reached using a public transport.
