The location of this hotel is phenomenal considering the daily rate. We interacted with 4 different front desk people, and at least 2 other staff. EVERYONE was polite, efficient, and always had a smile and a story to tell. After staying in many hotels during my travels throughout Italy, this hotel was a real FIND. The property has an elevator, and it works to all floors. There is a system in place which confirms any request you may have to the next shift of staff person. A/C works. We did not have breakfast in our package but we did experience one just the same. The breakfast is cooked to order, really! Plus the assortment of pastry is great, as is the coffee!! Our room has a mini balcony (Juliet style) that looked over the "street" area, and it was never noisy. This is a well placed, well run, and WELCOMING hotel!! Bene, bene, bene!!!!

There is no outside "sign" to mark where the hotel actually is. We found it by asking the restaurant around the corner. There is a plaque on the street that says HOTEL TORINO and I will include a photo of that sign.

Location! It is near a boat station when you travel from the airport. Clean and cute. Everything that what we needed. Has a lift and that it’s helpful for all that stairs you have to go through while you carry all the luggage throughout Venice streets.

It’s tricky to find the entrance because you won’t find a sign but the photos attached will help to find it. The entrance is near a lot of stores.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Torino during my visit to Venice, and I can't praise this charming establishment enough. Here's why my experience at Hotel Torino was nothing short of exceptional: Location, Location, Location: Hotel Torino is perfectly situated in the heart of Venice. St. Mark's Square, the Rialto Bridge, and countless other iconic landmarks are just a short walk away. The convenience of being in the heart of the city was a huge plus. Quaint Elegance: The hotel exudes classic Venetian charm, with its beautifully decorated rooms, richly colored furnishings, and historic touches that transport you to another era. The ambiance was serene and inviting. Impeccable Service: The staff at Hotel Torino went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. They were always ready to assist with a smile, offering great recommendations for restaurants and activities. Comfortable Accommodations: The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from my room was nothing short of breathtaking, with a lovely canal view that made me feel truly immersed in the Venetian atmosphere. Delicious Breakfast: The daily breakfast was a highlight. A wide variety of fresh pastries, fruits, and Italian coffee made each morning a delightful start to my day. Great Value: Considering its prime location and the quality of service, Hotel Torino offers excellent value for money. COVID-19 Safety Measures: I was pleased to see that the hotel took COVID-19 safety seriously. They had implemented all the necessary precautions to ensure a safe and worry-free stay. In summary, Hotel Torino is a delightful oasis in the midst of Venice's bustling beauty. It's the perfect blend of old-world charm and modern comfort.

My partner and I had a very enjoyable 1-night stay at this lovely hotel (which, by the way, is located amazingly). The room was perfect for a short trip to Venice, allowing us to spend the night in a comfortable enough bed as well as to freshen up before our flight the next day. The reception staff was very kind & helpful; they also made sure to get the room ready for us as quickly as possible (we requested an early check-in and were able to go to our room even before 13:00!) - this was very much appreciated as we had spent the entire morning travelling by train. Overall, a cute little hotel that ensures comfort whilst you get to roam around Venice :-).

Everything was fine for us. Perhaps it's worth mentioning that our room was a bit small, but this wasn't that big of an issue really - we were still able to move around and store our luggage (small suitcases and backpacks). Also, it was nice to have a window in the bathroom (for some natural light and fresh air). Lastly, we appreciate how easy it was to check in and check out. So, I'd recommend fellow travellers to consider Hotel Torino for their visit to Venice too.

Room was spot on in new part of hotel very modern clean and quiet.When I found the hotel the reception gentleman couldnt have been more helpful. Fabulous shower and very comfy bed. There was even a little outside terrace, really good air con the room was immaculate. The part of the hotel i stayed in was very secure with double doored keycard entry so ideal for a solo traveller. The old part of the hotel (which is very very difficult to find ... The hotel name on the step mat outside only) is around the corner. There is a fabulous restaurant just outside the hotel (not belonging to them) but you can have your meal watching the gondolas go by and the price was very good. Very central location for everything. I would stay there again but miss out on the breakfast experience athank you in

It all started so well. Everything was great until i went back into the old part of the hotel for breakfast. What a joke... The one woman in the very pokey restaurant was rude and dismissive of anyone who couldn't speak italian, huffing and puffing. I asked for some cheese and ham to make a toasted sandwich, she brought this, i asked for bread to go in the toast machine she just shrugged and said none, at that point I left as everyone was looking. Such a shame when the rest of the experience was fabulous.

Location of the property is good. Close to commecial areas and also close to S. Maria del Giglio boat station. Note that ferries are a bit slow so coming from the main ferry station near the train station would take about 20mins or so. Expect to see just a door in the corner as the entrance. The only sign you will see of the hotel is on the marble floor in front of the door. The hotel has a manual lift. Ideal for for luggages but not ideal for daily up and don your room as it is quite slow and you need to press it all the way up or down your floor. Room and bathroom are a good size. Venetian theme. Carpet floor really need a good steam cleaning. Breakkast provided is a 3-tier pastry and you can order coffee/juice/tea and forr food: eggs and ham.

It was the quietest hotel room I ever had, however, the ceiling was very low. The location is excellent; close to the centre in a busy street, yet in the hotel it is quiet. Breakfast was fresh and ample.

While the bed, room and bathroom were clean, the carpeting was very dirty. The stairs to my room were very steep (no elevator to my room), but the staff was very helpful in carrying my suitcase.

Really good location, easy to explore, the breakfast is very good and good value for money

The apartment we had is in another building not part of the actual hotel, which was OK juts a few minutes walking. The apartment is dark, needs actually ceiling lights, it only has a few standing lights scattered around, which was not enough. The sofa bed was not very safe and kept folding in by yourself with metal handle closing over your head, which is extremely dangerous and could hurt someone. For family of 4 the hot water was not enough and we kept running out of hot water while taking quick showers..

This is one of the few places that accept you getting into Venice very late at night. Only hotels accept that. So we booked it for one night. The room was awesome. You will feeel like a king or queen in this hotel. The walls are all dressed with fabric wallpaper. The beds do have all the ornaments that adorn the beds of queens and kings. So it is magic. And it is just a few steps from one of the water stops for private boats. The hotel provided the information of a private water taxi service that picked us up since it was almost midnight and we had the kids with us. That night was really unforgettable.
