Great location, 5min walking from the Science Museum and close to the beach. The staff let me inside the room 2 hours before the check in time, and let me move to another room the next day to join my friends in the early morning. Amazing breakfast with lots of options. Nice shower with a toilet inside, separated by an inside door. Good noise isolation. Comfy bed.

I wouldn’t give the hotel 4 stars. It’s not just about having a beautiful lobby and rooms, but also the details. I expect a 4 star hotel to have extra perks like a coffee machine inside the room (not a shared one on the floor), better quality toilet paper :D, and the possibility to get a wine bottle opener without going down to the bar myself. And in general, a warmer welcome.

The room was very good - we were a family of 3 people. The room was very clean and comfortable. The cleanness was very good. The place of the hotel was very good - near the new town (Calatrava's buildings), near the park which is on the river's place, near a lot of shops, restaurants, bakeries. Many city transport lines are here, and also the subway is nearby. My family liked the hotel very much! There is a spa in the hotel also.

The price was just for the outside pool. The inside one was with additional payment for the spa.

Only 3 elevators, no stairs. You would need to queue to go up or down. Spa was not included and it was open to the public, making it quite busy. Gym was very small and with very limited equipment - ie dumbells only up to 10kg. Not ideal Toilet seat was really low, making it uncomfortable. Room window didn't close properly, making it very noisy as our room was facing the main road.

The staff was extreme friendly.. had an accident with my son with a water balloon in the bed.. they were helpful and friendly.. offered to change us rooms. The location is really good.. theres a shopping center in front with a grocery story.. walking distance you have all the main attractions and the park. Also a lot of options of restaurants nearby. The room were big and spacious.

Couldnt leave the window open because there was too much noise from the cars and street even if we were in the top floor. Beds were a bit hard.

Beautiful rooms, we got adjoining rooms, 3 beds in one room for kids and big couples bed for us. It was great to have two bathrooms too, as 5 people is a small crowd. We were expecting one family room, we were very pleasantly surprised. SPA was great and great value, 80 minutes per circuit is plenty of time. We were eating out but restaurant and food looked great. Will try it next time. Location fantastic, just off the City of Art and Science. 3 massive shopping centers and many restaurants short walk from the hotel.

Breakfast not cheap but it is a buffet style so i guess you can eat all you want. Providing Valencia isn't cheap and eating out is expensive, price for breakfast isn't too much. Kids pay 50% anyway.

location was very good 3 minute walk from a very well kept park, with a few water pools. we also visited the water marina park which was great. there was a local shopping center opposite which we sued for some food . breakfast was very good staff were very helpfull , clean and tidy . room was very bright there was lights all along the walk way in the corridors . we got the local bus down to valencia which was great and easy to find way around. few bars and restaurants around the area.

Overcharged at lunch instead of two glasses we were charged for two bottles. Also the chicken bap was not nice one evening I could not eat it. And I complained was brought the another dish which was lovely but was charged for both? When I made the complaint the waiter said chef will be out but he never came out I just gave up and paid the extra 15 euro. Not impressed at all.

Friendly communicative staff, easy underground locked parking with access to ev charge and also bike racks. Ideally disturbed for beach or Turia park, and moments away from the ciudadde artes y ciencias, also shopping. Super spa, Great value. Really comfy bed. I liked that they use pump dispenser shower gel and also moisturising lotion instead of wasteful packaging.

Thought we may have had bath robes to use while staying, so I didn't pack any, but that was not an issue. There was really no adequate drying rails in the bathroom for bath towels and certainly not for our used spa bathing costumes and caps. This meant daily changes of wet towels whereas we would normally have saved that laundry if they could have been aired and dried.

Having stayed there a few years ago I remembered the spa, it didn’t disappoint. The staff were very helpful with storing bags & ordering a taxi on check out. Good restaurants choice around, we dined at an Italian called La Mafia on Av de Franca, don’t miss out on their wonderful herbal Aperitivos.

The location is not so convenient for the Metro & the Old Town. Adjacent to the fabulous futuristic City of Arts & Sciences. Please Valencia, light up these buildings at night! Even though the Spa circuit is wonderful & great value for money, I do think there should be a warning sign on the seriously powerful jets as I pressed the button & blasted my daughter in the face which could have been serious as she has facial piercings. The steam room was too potent to spend any time in it sadly as I do prefer this to a sauna.

Loved the location with shops, restaurants and buses at the door. Short walk to the main attractions and easy ride to the beach or old town.

The room airconditioning was not great - thankfully the windows opened and our corner room had a good cross breeze. A kettle and real cups (not paper) would be appreciated at a hotel of this price point. Also somewhere to hang towels to dry for reuse. First world problem but not a single English channel. A news channel would be good.
