Cleanliness. I don’t like the front desk guy with the Afro. He is unprofessional. Barely knows what’s going on around in this world. I could tell he don’t care about bud job

He seems like he is not all there in his head. Space case 101. Not trying to belittle him. But he needs a different position a this ain’t the first time. Every time he is like this. I been with red roof for a long time. Now.

My showers handle stripped out. Within minutes of reporting the incident maintenance was in my room and the issue was remedied within minutes. The GM and maintenance went above and beyond expectations.

The value of the hotel was nice the staff was nice the beds were comfortable. For the amount of money that we paid the hotel was great.

There was no TV in my room, the hot water wouldn't stop leaking in the shower, the AC barely worked.

I appreciate the continuous improvements I see happening. I see positive changes in staff, the rooms and service I received.
