The property is beautiful and they treat you very well! It’s a 5 star hotel for sure! Our room in the Sunset building was beautiful and looked onto the Sunset Pool, very, very nice!

The only negative is the parking for the Sunset building is across an empty field, and in the night it’s pitch dark! Not convenient at all! When I called on our last night to see if for that one night we could park in the Privado lot, ( that is right by our building), as we had an early flight and it would’ve made it easier for our luggage, I was told it wasn’t for us and a manager would have to make the decision! The lot was not full at all! The manager said they’d allow it but there would be a $40 charge! This is not a 5 star response at all! If a customer requests it and you can accommodate, you should! Other than the parking, very nice stay!

I was disappointed the dogs weren't more accessible. The dog handler said Dash barks so he wouldn't allow him to get our love. As we walked to Dash, the handler was retreating to get away from us. If Dash is so fragile, maybe he shouldn't be there. The golden lab was wonderful. I have pictures if you want to see the retreat. Last time we were there, the dogs had big red bows and were very friendly.. I have a BMW retractable hardtop convertible. The top was up the whole time we were there. When we checked out it was apparent someone but the top down and when returned to the hardtop position, it did not lock in place. There was a terrible rattle in the car as we drove away because the roof was not secured.

The Fairmont in Scottsdale, Princess was very beautiful. The spa was incredible. The pools were amazing.

The service wasn’t that great in terms of the restaurants, and the food was very bland. The breakfast spot I had a smoked salmon on toast entrée, and it was awful the waitress and all of the way staff was terrible, including the hostess, who didn’t want us to sit inside it was cold outside, but we managed to make it work my friends and I. We went to the steakhouse and they over cooked our steak. I ordered room service any overcook my cheeseburger the food was not good and they need to work on that Arce was $5000 for four nights and you would expect excellent food.

Loved the location and the pools. Everything was kept super clean and immaculate. It was a beautiful property with a lot of amenities. The staff was super friendly as well. We also enjoyed the spa and rooftop pool.

We had a late flight and requested late checkout but they said they could not grant our request since someone else was checking in. The resort honestly didn’t seem full at all, so I was surprised they couldn’t honor our request.

The property is gorgeous and the amenities are very nice. We were there over their Christmas at the Princess and the light show was the best I have ever seen.

When we arrived our complimentary water cartons were empty. We had to call twice to get them replaced. The spa didn’t offer day passes to use their amenities so my husband wasn’t able to meet me there after his round of golf. If you want to use the spa you have to make an apt for one of their expensive services.

The Fairmont is a beautiful hotel, with a young, friendly and competent staff. I like the fact that they give guests the option to forego daily room services for environmental purposes. The spa facilities were excellent.

When we booked our room, we were not aware that we were required to purchase treatments in order to gain access to the spa during the days we stayed at the hotel. In the end we paid more than $1,000 for treatments, which were nice, but excessively expensive. We also made reservations at the two hotel restaurants. The steak at La Hacienda was better than what we ate at the Bourbon Steak House, at a fraction of the cost.

1. Beautiful campus throughout - we never left it. 2. Mind blowing Christmas extravaganza! 3. Especially appreciated the Nativity Garden - day and night. 4. People were all super friendly and helpful. Bell staff were great! 5. The head of line privileges for staying at the resort (helped us enjoy full value of paying a serious price :-)

1. The sheets on the bed didn't fit at all, so they came out while sleeping. We had to keep remaking the bed. 2. Would like a "snack" or small meal option place, not all places being full meal. 3. We didn't get any room service for our stay - we didn't request either way, assuming room service was the default. (Towels, coffee supplies, etc.)

love love love the Privado area at the Fairmont Princess!!! it’s a 3-5 minute walk from the main lobby but the rooms were 5-star and it was actually quiet over New Year’s Eve. They threw an amazing NYE celebration as well! the staff were lovely, the grounds beautiful, there were always golf carts available to shuttle us back and forth from our casita. Their Christmas set up was fabulous with ice skating rink and lights everywhere. The pools and hot tubs were heated and enjoyable. we will definitely stay here again!
