Great property. Nice staff. Very comfortable. Spacious. Easy off/on I-10. The breakfast was very good. Lots of restaurants in the area. Good parking. Also, very quiet. We used the washer and dryer and they were clean and did a good job and the room where they we located was spacious with a couple of tables to fold the clothes. Really enjoyed our stay here.

No scald control on bathroom shower. The tile had been replaced in the shower but the edges were not finished.

Location at Kino Sports Complex pool was under construction. Which was very disappointing, that's the reason why we go to a hotel!! Front desk employee was very nice and transferred me to another Comfort Inn on Grant Rd, which had their pool open. Very happy with the customer service! Breakfast was great and room was comfortable!

Breakfast hours should stay open until 10:30am instead of 9:30am. On the weekends people want to sleep in..

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised at the variety and quality of the breakfast. I was somewhat concerned with the location but it was very safe and quiet. There were several families staying for a softball tournament, for good reason, the hotel is right by the softball complex and couldn't be more convenient. We would definitely stay again.

The TV kept losing the signal

The overall experience was all my expectations were met had fun with my family and that was the best place for us to stay there wasn't any riff Raff hanging around or any ghetto stuff happening especially with the epidemic that's been going around

Just the simple fact that the water got turned off on us because they had something that their remodeling or fixing but they never gave us notification before turning it off that's the only thing I did not like other than that everything was perfect

Staff was extraordinarily helpful with whatever we needed!

Breakfast choices were the same everyday. It would be nice to have a little more variety, especially when we have an extended stay. The only negative thing, was our tub plug would not plug the tub for a bath.

the water in sink was not flowing properly, staff did not clean the room very well (could be better), i left my slippers in the room but could not find it later i think someone took them from staff

Comfortable room

Limited access to pool area due to chemicals one day, locked next day, over population of children last day. No breakfast at 6:30 on last day, had to lea e and could not wait

Very nice staff. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

AC should have worked better. Room seemed not to cool off. We were there in the winter / very early spring and could not get the room cool. The location is good, Right off the Interstate. But not much is in comfortable walking distance. It is close to most everything and right off the main street, but entering and exiting out to the main street is tricky when there is traffic.

Needs a little updating

The hall way carpet needs cleaning,, especially in from of the elevator.
